Study On The Basic Medical Insurance Of Rural-Urban Migration In Shanxi Province

Reform and opening-up policy has promoted the rapid migration of popul ation in different regions in China.With the advancement of the national urba n-rural integration process,the number of rural surplus labor force for urban migrant workers is increasing day by day.The increasing speed and scope of migrant population are increasing,forming a large-scale rural-urban migrant po pulation group,and forming a large-scale rural-urban migrant population group.As a outsiders in cities,they have been in a disadvantaged position in the ci ty,and their social security problem has been paid more and more attention b y the society.In order to improve Chinese social security system and solve th e problem of basic medical insurance for rural and urban migrants,the author selected Shanxi Province as the research area,which is the key area for furt her adjusting economic structure and improving energy supply system.By analy zing the influencing factors of rural-urban migrants' participation in basic me dical insurance in Shanxi Province,it's will resolve the disease risk that ruralurban migrants may encounter;will great improve their security level,and pro mote equity and justice.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical research.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of rural-urban migration,and introduces the theoretical basis of this paper.Through empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the problems of rural-urban migration in Shanx i Province participating in basic medical insurance,and puts forward correspon ding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.In the process of concrete analysis,the author first divides the factors that affect the floating population's participation in basic medical insurance into four categories: individual chara cteristics,work characteristics,subjective cognitive characteristics and social int egration willingness.Secondly,based on 398 samples collected from questionn aires distributed by random sampling in Shanxi Province,the author uses desc riptive statistical analysis,single factor analysis and binary logistic regression t o process the survey data and analyze the factors affecting the participation of rural-urban migrants in basic medical insurance.It is concluded that age,edu cational background,marital status,working hours,job stability,income,subjec tive perception of rural and urban migrants and willingness to integrate into society are the main factors affecting rural and urban migrants' participation in insurance.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,the author p uts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as government-led,i mproving the income level of rural-urban floating population;giving full play to the role of enterprises,improving the participation rate of urban workers' b asic medical insurance;optimizing the medical insurance system,enhancing po rtability;and improving the social integration degree of rural-urban floating po pulation.
