Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Fangji Granule in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis,and to observe its efficacy and safety.To provide new safe and effective methods and ideas for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A randomized controlled method was used to select 72 patients with wind-cold-dampness syndrome rheumatoid arthritis who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to February 2019.They were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).During the observation,the treatment group fell off in 4 cases,control group fell off in 3 cases.Finally,32 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Huangqi Fangji granule(drink after meals,1 bag/time,3 times/day)+ methotrexate tablet 10 mg qw.And the control group was given methotrexate tablets 10 mg qw.The course of treatment is three months.By observing the inflammatory index(ESR,CRP),diagnostic indicators(AKA,CCP,RF-Ig G,RF-Ig A,RF-Ig M,RF),joint tenderness,joint swelling,rest pain before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,daily living ability(HAQ),doctor's overall assessment of the patient's condition,overall assessment of the patient's condition,disease activity(DAS28score),ACR20 standard,TCM syndrome scores and other curative indicators to assess the patient's condition improvement.Results:1.The inflammatory index(ESR,CRP)was effectively reduced in both groups;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.There were no significant differences between the two groups(AKA,CCP,RF-Ig G,RF-Ig A,RF-Ig M,RF)before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.Both groups reduced the number of joint tenderness and joint swelling,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Both groups can reduce rest pain,daily living ability(HAQ),doctor's overall assessment of the patient's condition,overall assessment of the patient's condition,and disease activity(DAS28 score);the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant.(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.The improvement rate of ACR20 standard was 81.25%,and the improvement rate of ACR20 standard was 57.58%.After treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant.(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement rate of ACR20 standard was higher than the control group.6.Both groups were able to reduce TCM syndrome scores.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.The overall response rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 84.38%,and the control group was 69.69%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall response rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were higher than the control group.Conclution:1.Huangqi Fangji Granule + Methotrexate Tablet can improve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms,signs,inflammatory indexes,reducing disease activity(DAS28 score),ACR20 standard,TCM syndrome scores,and overall response rate of TCM syndrome.2.Huangqi Fangji Granule is a safe and effective method for the treatment of wind-cold-dampness syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis.There is no serious adverse reaction during the observation process,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
