Juanbi Granule On Rheumatoid Arthritis(Cold Dampness Syndrome) Effect Of Scale And Part Of Experiment

Objective: through the observation of Juanbi Granule on rheumatoid arthritis(cold dampness syndrome) in patients with RADAI, RAPS, HAQ score, clinical efficacy evaluation of Juanbi Granule on rheumatoid arthritis, and to explore the mechanism of Juanbi granule in the treatment of the control part of RA, as the Juanbi granule in treating rheumatoid arthritis(cold dampness C) and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine theory, rich RA.Methods: 1 according to the inclusion criteria, select 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(cold dampness syndrome) patients treated with Juanbi granule in the treatment of 4 weeks, before and after the treatment respectively in rheumatoid arthritis disease activity scale(RADAI) and rheumatoid arthritis pain scale(RAPS),quality of life questionnaire(HAQ in the item score), were observed before and after treatment in each item score, objective evaluation of Juanbi Granule on rheumatoid arthritis(cold dampness syndrome) clinical curative effect. 2 to establish collagen induced arthritis rat(CIA) model, were randomly divided into model group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group, positive drug group, blank control group. Determination of the volume and the inflammation of rat paw score, and observe the pathological changes of synovial tissue in rats and ELISA method was used to detect serum IL-1.Results: Clinical observation: before and after treatment compared CRP and ESR values have varying degrees of decline, the data of the two groups(all P < 0.01).That is the difference between a statistical significance. 86 cases of the patient table demonstrates the RADAI in scores before and after the treatment, in the joint pain,swelling, tenderness, stiffness is significantly improved(P < 0.01). Table RAPS shows, improve physical function, psychological emotion, self perception, self cognition has dimension(P<0.05). By comparison, in the dimension of physiologicalfunction, physiological function, general health, mental health has improved(P < 0.05)in analysis of HAQ. 2. Experimental study: 28 days after treatment, in CIA rats AI(arthritis index score of Juanbi granule high-dose group is superior to methotrexate group(P < 0.05). 28 days after treatment, the medicine group and the model compared to the control group, the paw volume has decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). 28 days after treatment, Juanbi granule, high dose group in improving the serum interleukin(- 1 beta level is better than MTX group(P< 0.01). 28 days after treatment and in improving the synovial tissue inflammation score and Juanbi granule dose group compared with the model control group improved significantly(P < 0.05), high dose group compared with the model control group improved significantly(P < 0.01).Conclusion: 1. Juanbi granule can reduce rheumatoid arthritis RADAI, raps,HAQ score, reduce CRP and ESR levels, and no obvious adverse reaction, show that Juanbi Granule on rheumatoid arthritis(cold dampness syndrome) has better clinical effect.2. Juanbi granule could reduce the index of joint inflammation in rats, reducing synovial inflammation, its mechanism may be related to inhibition of IL-1 beta.
