| Objective : To observe the clinical curative efficacy of supplemented Yiyifuzibaijiang powder cooperated with fire needle in the treatment of moderate and severe acne,and to compare the changes of GAGS score,DLQI score and serum interleukin-6 objective index before and after treatment,evaluate their safety and recurrence rate.Methods:120 patients with moderate and severe acne were randomly divided into three groups: : A,B and C.Group A was taken orally supplemented Yiyifuzibaijiang powder cooperated with fire needle.Group B was taken orally supplemented Yiyifuzibaijiang powder.Group C was treated with the fire needle.Three groups of external use fusidic acid cream.The GAGS score,DLQI score and serum IL-6 value of patients before and after 4 weeks of treatment were recorded and compared before treatment.All three groups took 4 weeks as a treatment course.Results:1.Comparison of basic information: Group A,B and C,there were no significant differences in gender,age and disease course in the three groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of clinical effects: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of group A was 89.74%;the total effective rate of group B was 81.08%;the total effective rate of group C was 68.57%.After test,the efficacy of group A and group B was compared(P=0.03<0.05);group A compared group C(P=0.00<0.01);group B compared group C(P=0.27>0.05),the difference is statistically significant,it can be concluded that the efficacy of group A is higher than that of group B and group C.3.Comparison of adverse reactions and recurrence rate:The incidence of adverse reactions in group A,group B and group C were 10.53%,5.41%,5.71%,and the recurrence rates were 12.50%,25.00%,50% respectively.Conclusion : The treatment of moderate and severe acne with takingsupplemented Yiyifuzibaijiang powder cooperated with fire needle is effective,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the recurrence rate is low. |
