| ObjectiveThis research was intented to discussing the clinical effect of fire-needle associated with electroacupunture on acne. And providing guidance for clinical practice.Methods61 patients were distributed to the treatment group 31 cases and the control 30 cases randomly. The treatment was electroacupunture and fire-needle, three times a week, two weeks was a course, four weeks totally, the control group was Pi pa qing fei decoction, once a day, two weeks a course, four weeks totally. After treatment, observation on variety at the rate skin lesions subsided、main symptoms integral and secondary symptoms.ResultsAfter treatment all the main symptons integral and secondary of two groups was depressed (P<0.05). There were difference between the treatment and control on main symptons after treated obviously (P<0.05). The treatment group was superior on improvement of main symptoms. The control group was better than the treatment on improvement of secondary symptons (P<0.05). After treatment, significant efficiency of the treatment was 75.86%, efficiency 86.21%. The control’s obvious efficiency was 40%,73.33% efficiency. The two group of significant efficiency had no difference in Statistics (P<0.05). Significant efficiency was not same (P<0.05). The overall efficacy of the two groups was likely (P>0.05)ConclusionsAll the two group could improve the main and secondary symptons significantly. While the treatment group was better than the control on main symptons. then the control group was better on secondary symptons. The overall effect of two groups is considerable. The treatment group’s effective rate was better than control group, It was same as the efficiency with two groups. Fire-needle united with electroacupuncture had effect on acne exactly, meanwhile especially had obvious advantages in improving the extent of lesions、the amount of acne, it was worth to popularize in clinic... |
