Objective:Through clinical observation, objective evaluation of the clinical use of high-frequency electrical effect of mild to moderate acne vulgaris acupuncture needles with fire, comparing the differences between the two clinical efficacy for mild to moderate acne vulgaris, research on the two different methods of acne vulgaris types of lesions therapeutic effect, in order to find a full play the advantages of both in the treatment of acne vulgaris, to avoid their shortcomings, combined both methods to treat acne.Methods:65cases of mild to moderate acne vulgaris patients met the inclusion criteria will be randomized, single-blind into the high-frequency electro-acupuncture group of33cases,32cases of fire needle, high-frequency electro-acupuncture group uses high-frequency electro-acupuncture+syndrome oral medicine treatment, fire needle group with fire needle+oral medicine dialectical therapy, the effect of changes in each index were observed before and after treatment, score and integrating computing and comprehensive evaluation.Results:High-frequency electro-acupuncture group of31patients completed the trial, clinical cure in19patients (61.29%), markedly effective in6cases (19.35%), effective in6cases (19.35%), invalid in0cases (0%), total effective rate was100%. Fire needle group of30patients completed the study, clinical cure in19patients (63.33%), markedly effective in7cases (23.33%), effective in4cases (13.33%), invalid in0cases (0%), total efficiency of100%. The use of high-frequency electric ion treatment and the treatment of acne are effective fire needle significantly between the two groups overall efficacy comparison p>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions:1high-frequency electro-acupuncture and fire needle therapy were mild to moderate acne vulgaris significant effect, no significant difference between the overall effect.2Electrosurgical for efficacy in the treatment of acne with acne mainly better than fire needle, while mainly with nodular acne, fire needle better than the high-frequency electro-acupuncture efficacy3Both methods are safe and effective for the treatment of acne, When high-frequency electro-acupuncture treatment of pain in patients with a small needle over the fire, and the difference was statistically significant; via high-frequency electro-acupuncture treatment pigmentation is less than the fire needle treatment, the difference was not statistically significant.
