The Data Mining Of Professor Lin Aizhen's Experience Of Treatment For Function Constipation

Objective: based on the data mining technology,to study the clinical records of professor Lin aizhen's treatment of functional constipation in the outpatient department,and to explore the medication rules of professor Lin aizhen,so as to provide a new method for inheriting professor Lin aizhen's academic thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine and provide experience for the treatment of constipation with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: by collecting on June 1,2018 to January 1,2019,professor Lin Aizhen hospital outpatient treatment in hubei province during63 pieces of Chinese medicine prescriptions of 63 patients with functional constipation,the basic information,four diagnostic information,and the formulas of input to a database of Microsoft Office Excel 2007,frequency of data statistical analysis,then USES the IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software on data association rules Apriori algorithm,data mining,Therefore,the common drugs and prescriptions of professor Lin Aizhen in the treatment of functional constipation were summarized and discussed.Results: a total of 80 traditional Chinese medicines were used in33 prescriptions,belonging to 15 categories of traditional Chinese medicines.The medicinal property was thought to be flat and warm,and the taste was bitter,bitter and sweet.Drugs with high frequency and over 50% utilization rate were: liquorice,magnolia officinalis,immature bitter orange,radix rehmanniae,coix seed,dried ginger,radix pseudostellariae,cinnamon.Medicine effect concentration is to fill empty medicine,clear hot medicine,benefit water ooze wet medicine,regulate qi medicine;Commonly used drug combination:immature bitter orange,magnolia officinalis,dried ginger,cinnamon,radix pseudostellariae,coix seed,atractylodes alba,poria,red peony,safflower.Conclusions: Lin Aizhen's rules of diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation: syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs: giving attention to both internal organs and spleen and lung;Legislative prescription features: warm Yang fill qi,yu tong fill.Medication characteristics: supplement and action,dynamic and static combinatio.
