Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Primary Fibromyalgia Syndrome With Yidu Tiaoshen Method

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yidu Tiaoshen method in the treatment of primary fibromyalgia syndrome,to provide theoretical and clinical basis for the clinical popularization of this treatment,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.Method:From January 2018 to December 2018,64 patients were selected from the outpatient department and ward of Rheumatology Acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Wuhan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine to meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria of fibromyalgia syndrome,and 64 patients were screened through the exclusion criteria.According to the random digital table method,there were 32 cases in the Yidu Tiaoshen group and32 cases in the ordinary acupuncture group.In the course of treatment,1 case in the Yidu Tiaoshen group gave up treatment because of fear of acupuncture pain,1 case fell off because I could not go to work abroad,and 2 cases in the ordinary acupuncture group lost follow-up.Finally,30 cases in the Yidu Tiaoshen group and30 cases in the ordinary acupuncture group.The Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture for 6 times per week,and after 6 times of acupuncture,the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group were treated with electro-acupuncture for 6 times per week.Rest for 1 day,1 week as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 4 weeks,the Yidu Tiaoshen group added Shenting,Baihui,Neiguan and Shenmen on the basis of the ordinary acupuncture group.After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.The observation indexes included clinical efficacy,visual analogical grading VAS,FIQ index and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD).Excel and SPSS23.0 are used for data collation,and SPSS23.0 statistical software is used for data analysis.Different statistical methods are selected according to different data types,and the measurement data are used(`x±s)means that the variance homogeneity test is carried out first,and if the data variance is uniform,t test is used between the two groups.Independent sample t test was used for comparison,pairing t test was used for intra-group comparison,rank sum test was used if data variance was uneven,and X2 test was used for counting data;rank sum test for grade data.P < 0.05 indicated that the difference between the statistical results was statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).2.Clinical efficacy: 64 patients,except 4 patients,were included in the study,and the other 60 patients successfully completed the clinical study.After 4 weeks of treatment,13(43.3%)were cured,8(26.6%)were markedly effective,5(16.7%)were improved,4(13.3%)were uncured,and the total effective rate was 86.7%.In the ordinary acupuncture group,5 cases(16.6%)were cured,6 cases(20.0%)were markedly effective,10 cases(33.3%)were improved,9 cases(30.0%)were not cured,and the total effective rate was70.0%.The total effective rate in the Yidu Tiaoshen group was significantly higher than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.3.VAS score: the difference of VAS scores before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(all P <0.05),and the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group can obviously improve the pain symptoms of the patients.There was no statistical difference between the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group before treatment(P> 0.05),and the difference of VAS scores in the Yidu Tiaoshen group was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the improvement of the pain in the Yidu Tiaoshen group was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group.4.FIQ score: The symptom of the patient was scored using the fibromyalgia syndrome impact scale.The difference of FIQ scores before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the quality of life of the patients was significantly improved in the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group.There was no statistical difference between the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group before treatment(P> 0.05).The difference of FIQ scores in the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the improvement of the quality of life in the Yidu Tiaoshen group was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group.5.HAMD score: depression and anxiety were scored before and after treatment,and there was significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups before and after treatment.Both the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group could significantly improve the anxiety of the patients.Depression and other emotional symptoms.Comparison between the two groups: there was no significant difference in HAMD score between the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was comparability between the Yidu Tiaoshen group and the ordinary acupuncture group.There was significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups after treatment,and the improvement of emotional symptoms in the Yidu Tiaoshen group was better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.Conclusion:The curative effect of the acupuncture for treating the fibromyalgia syndrome is accurate,the joint and the muscle pain condition of the patient can be relieved,the mood of the patient is improved,the anxiety is relieved,the curative effect of the Yidu Tiaoshen group is superior to the ordinary acupuncture group,The treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome has better effect and is worthy of popularization.
