The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Sleep Disorder After Stroke By Smoothing Governor And Regulating Mind

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of sleep disorder after stroke by the method of Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind,it can provide a scientific,efficacious,simple and easy to use acupuncture therapy for the treatment of sleep disorders after stroke.Method:From December 2015 to December 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hei Long Jiang University of Chinese Medicine-hospital Three Department ward acupuncture in 60 patients.According to the teaching material random number table,60 patients were divided into the Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was Common apoplexy Point Selection+Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind Point Selection,the control group was Common apoplexy Point Selection+Teaching Material Insomnia Point Selection.The course of treatment in the Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group and the control group of acupuncture treatment:Once a day,acupuncture 6 times a week,four weeks for a course of treatment,each time for 30min,observation of Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group and control group after 4 weeks of treatment,The PSQI score,SRSS score and NIHSS score of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were statistically analyzed by mathematical statistics,then Evaluating the clinical efficacy.Results:1.The P value of the Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group and the control group before treatment PSQI score was greater than 0.05,with no statistical sense;before and after the treatment of each factor in the two groups of PSQI score P values were less than 0.05,with no statistical sense;the Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group and the control group after treatment PSQI total score P was 0.00 less than 0.05,its statistical sense,comparability2.The two groups before treatment SRSS score between the two groups P value is greater than 0.05,had statistical significance before and after treatment in the Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group and the control group of SRSS score compared with P value was 0,less than 0.05,its statistical sense;the control group and the Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group after the treatment group SRSS score P was 0.00 less than 0.05,its statistical sense,comparability.3.The two groups before treatment NIHSS score between the two groups P value is greater than 0.05,its no statistical significance;before and after treatment in the two groups of NIHSS score compared with P value of 0 was less than 0.05,its no statistical significance the treatment group and the control group after the treatment with NIHSS score P was 0.01,less than 0.05,its statistical sense,comparability.4.The clinical efficacy score of the Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group and the control group after treatment was 0.03 P less than 0.05,its statistical sense,comparability.Conclusion:1.The Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind group and the control group were effective in the treatment of sleep disorders after stroke,and the two groups could improve the sleep quality of patients.2.The PSQI scale score,SRSS scale score,NIHSS scale score,sleep efficacy were significantly better than the control group.3.Smoothing Governor and Regulating Mind acupuncture is an effective method for the treatment of sleep disorder after stroke,and its worthy of clinical promotion...
