Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Improved Sancai Acupuncture On The Pain And Depression Of Patients With Fibromyalgia Syndrome

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified SANCAIZHENGFA in the treatment of pain and depression in patients with Fibromyalgia syndrome,and to demonstrate that Fibromyalgia syndrome can not only be treated with traditional acupuncture and moxibustion,but also can achieve satisfactory curative effect according to the treatment of TIAN,DI and REN three needles.Material and method:In this group,62 cases of Fibromyalgia syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group in 31 cases and control group in 31 cases.Treatment group with modified SANCAIZHENGFA treatment,the first needle flat thorn to the shallow fascia and deep gluten between,for the TIAN,the second needle oblique to the muscle pouring layer,for the REN,the third needle straight into the muscle deep,for the DI.Plug and twist,flat to fill the diarrhea,get angry after needle retention 30 minutes.The control group used ASHI Point acupuncture treatment,acupuncture to ASHI Point,straight thorn needle,Plug and twist,flat to fill the diarrhea,get angry after needle retention 30 minutes.Treatment every three days,10 times for one course.According to the visual simulation scoring method(Visualanalogue Scale,vas)clinical observation of pain efficacy;According to the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)method,Depression Mood,Feelings of guilt,Suicide,Insomnia early in the night,Insomnia middle in the night,Insomnia early hours of the morning,work and activities,Retardation,Agitation,Anxiety psychic,Anxiety somatic,Somatic symptoms gastro-intestina,General somatic symptoms,sexual symptoms,hypochondria,weight loss,self-knowledge,day and night changes,depersonalization or actual disintegration,paranoid symptoms,compulsive symptoms,reduced ability,sense of despair,sense of inferiority,and overall efficacy.Results: 1.For the curative effect of systemic pain,the improvement of SANCAIZHENGFA method is fast,can maintain the curative effect is obviously better than the traditional Thorn method.The quality of life has been improved and improved as a result of pain relief.2.In the improvement of depression,sleep difficulties,ability to decline,despair,feelings of inferiority are effective,but the treatment group is better than the control group.3.In the improvement of guilt,suicide treatment group is effective,the control group is ineffective,but the two groups after treatment comparison,the treatment group and the control group is not different.4.In the improvement of sleep is not deep,early wake,mental anxiety,somatic anxiety,gastrointestinal disease,systemic symptoms,self-knowledge of the efficacy of significant,but the two groups after treatment comparison,treatment group and control group No difference.5.In the improvement of excitation,sexual symptoms,suspicious diseases in the treatment group is effective,the control group is ineffective,but the two groups after treatment comparison,the treatment group and the control group is not different.6.In the improvement of weight loss,day and night changes,personality disintegration in the treatment group and control group are ineffective,but the two groups after treatment comparison,the treatment group and the control group is not different.7.The total symptoms,signs and overall efficacy comparison,treatment group and control group before and after the treatment of the comparison,there are very significant differences.However,there were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups after treatment.The overall curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion: 1.The improvement of SANCAIZHENGFA treatment of Fibromyalgia syndrome clinical efficacy is confirmed,is a new treatment pathway.2.Based on the application of the SANCAIZHENGFA theory,shallow,medium and deep positioning needle method for the treatment of Fibromyalgia syndrome is an innovative discussion.
