ObjectivesThis study aims to improve the teaching problems that still need to be solved in the course critical care of nursing colleges participating in this study.Relying on the online teaching platform,this study aims to construct a blended learning mode based on school-hospital cooperation and explore the feasibility of its operation.MethodsThis study mainly adopts the mode of action research.First to find the problems existing in the course teaching of action colleges through investigation and interview and determines to choice blended learning,and then determines the action plan by convening an action research meeting.By reviewing the current situation of blended learning to construct blended learning mode,develop blended learning resources and implement blended learning practice.In the process of practice,we constantly reflect and find new problems,and evaluate the operation effect by interview,observation,questionnaire survey,network data analysis and other methods,continue to reflect on existing problems and solutions,and formulate the action plan for the next stage.This study was divided into two rounds of action research.ResultsThis study constructed and formed a blended learning model of critical care curriculum based on school-hospital cooperation,and applied it in the curriculum,which effectively improved the teaching effect of the curriculum and improved the learning ability of nursing students.1.Build a form of cooperation in blended learning pattern includes clear principle of hierarchy framework and reasonable teaching organization system and the comprehensive teaching evaluation system,and provides a rich teaching resources,realize the effective connection of before-in-after class,make theory and practice closer cohesion.2.In Two stage practice,teaching and construction of curriculum resources in the problems to solve timely,at the end of the two phase action research,adopts qualitative research has shown that nursing students recognize new teaching pattern guiding their learning,form good learning habits,improve the learning ability of teachers and reflect the teaching mode which helps to integration and adjustment of the course content.It is helpful to improve nursing students' enthusiasm of study by blended learning.In the study,nursing students' self-directed learning ability and Critical thinking ability and self-learning efficacy were improved to a certain extent,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.This paper summarizes the mechanism of the action study: to provide context for meaning learning and deep learning of nursing students,to deeply explore the learning potential of nursing students,to construct a blended learning model,and to improve the learning ability of nursing students.At the same time,the researchers reflect on the future development of blended teaching,and consider the feasibility and popularization of its development.ConclusionThis study constructed and implemented blended learning,and fully considered the current situation of education and teaching in action colleges in the implementation,so as to provide effective reference for promoting the reform of education informatization and realizing student-oriented learning.
