BackgroundOn the premise of guaranteeing the training of technical and skilled personnel, vocational education will also undertake or deepen the functions of cultivating students' core literacy, lifelong education for all, career development of on-the-job personnel, and social public welfare services. At present, vocational education can not fully meet the needs of economic and social development. There are some problems, such as unreasonable structure, unreasonable quality, weak school-running conditions and poor system and mechanism. With the expansion of school enrollment, the number of nursing students is large, and the task of nursing teaching is heavy. When teachers teach the same courses to multiple classes,It has the problem of repetitive teaching, and the limited training and clinical practice bases in emergency nursing schools are not conducive to the cultivation of students' skills and qualities.Mixed teaching characterized by paying attention to students' individual characteristics and developing students' quality is of great significance to the reform of Vocational Education in the digital age.Moodle has become the most popular course management system in the world because of its advantages of high efficiency and low cost, integrating cloud computing and big data.It has practical significance for improving the teaching effect of Emergency Nursing and training students'professional quality to adapt to the current social environment and needs.PurposeDesigned and developed. The online course of The emergency nursing was based on Moodle. When the study was finished, the course was open to the control group.(1)Test group:select part of the teaching content of first aid care and adopt the Moodle platform combined online and offline teaching mode, and use big data to track the whole process of learning;(2)Control group:the traditional teaching method was adopted, that is,the traditional teaching method was implemented, with theoretical explanation first, followed by skill operation instruction and practice.ObjectFrom February 2017 to June 2017,10 natural classes of grade 2015 nursing students in Zhaoqing Medical College were selected as the study subjects. The ball sampling method was used to randomize the cluster sampling for each class.Five classes were selected as the test group and the rest were the control group. There were 284 people in the test group, including 11 males and 273 females;in the control group there were 254 people, including 13 males and 241 females.MethodsDesign the emergency nursing online course, and when the study was over, this course was open to the control group.(1)Test group:use blended learning model based on Moodle.(2)Control group:use traditional teaching modeResearch tools(1)Learning behavior:make use of the big data of Moodle platform online to evaluate students' learning behaviors, such as the number of days to visit, course clicks, total resources to visit, click distribution, active students' distribution, page views, use of learning resources and discussion area.(2)Evaluation of learning effect? Learning performance:a summative evaluation, including evaluation of knowledge, ability and skills, will be conducted within 1 week after the teaching of all course contents. The knowledge assessment is mainly theoretical assessment, and the group papers(60%objective questions and 40%subjective questions)are conducted under the guidance of the teaching outline of first-aid nursing and the nurse practice qualification examination. The contents include cardiopulmonary resuscitation, commonly used first-aid techniques, acute poisoning and common physical and chemical injuries, etc.Skill assessment was conducted by using the scoring standard of operational skills test, and the two groups of skill assessment were selected for single hand CPR?Nursing Students' Autonomous Learning Capacity Scale:Prepared by Cheng et al.,Taiwan.The original scale Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.916.In this study, the Cronbach's a coefficient of this scale was 0.865.? Medical Education Environmental Rating Scale:Developed by the Dundee University in the United Kingdom, the Cronbach's a coefficient of the original scale was 0.93.In this study, the Cronbach's a coefficient of the scale was 0.935.?The Chinese version of California's Critical Thinking Attitude Tendency Survey:Revised by Prof.Peng Meici et al.of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, based on the "California's Critical Attitude Survey Questionnaire," the original scale Cronbach's a coefficient is 0.90.In this study, the Cronbach's a coefficient of this scale was 0.831.?Satisfaction survey:refer to relevant literature and materials, make the satisfaction questionnaire by ourselves, and use Likert5 rating,a total of 13 items, from "very satisfied","satisfied","general","dissatisfied" and "very dissatisfied".Evaluation of teaching design was sent to Moodle for questionnaire within 1 week after the end of the course to evaluate students' satisfaction with the online course of"first aid care" and the mixed teaching.ResultsStudents in the experimental group viewed 116485,average 410.16±214.22.Course clicks was 28501,average 100.36±71.50,and average visit days 16.72±9.23.The average number of visits to resources was 36.96±24.190,with a total of 10167 visits. The total traffic was 57358 and the daily average was 470.The theoretical knowledge and first-aid skills of the experimental group were 85.06±6.858 points and 87.97± 1.682 points, respectively, and the control group was 81.99±7.301 points and 86.68±2.869 points. The t values were 5.030 and 5.555 respectively,P<0.05 The main influencing factors of theoretical assessment results are page views, total visiting days, course clicks and whether to plan to be a nursing specialty in the future or not,R2=0.207,F=4.195,P=0.041.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the total score of Nursing Students' Autonomous Learning Capacity in the test group was 72.96±7.605,and the total score in the control group was 69.95±6.371,(t=4.895,P<0.001).The total score of California's Critical Thinking Attitude Tendency of the test group was 261.04±26.478,and the total score of the control group was 248.20±30.531(t=5.223,P<0.001).The test group DREEM score was 138.77±18.931,and the control croup was 132.25±17.941(t=4.087,P<0.001).281(99%)of the nursing students said they accepted the blended learning model;213(75%)of the nursing students preferred the blended learning model;238(84%)of the nursing students believed that the mobile teaching model effectively promoted the emergency nursing,221(80%)thought that Moodle was easy to operate,252(91%)considered the Moodle interface to be friendly,230(83%)thought that Moodle's functions were convenient to use,and 248(90%)was satisfied with Moodle.Conclusion1.Blended learning based on Moodle can improve the teaching effect of emergency nursing in Higher vocational colleges;2.Blended learning based on Moodle is helpful to improve the critical thinking and self-learning ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges;3.Blended learning based on Moodle helps to improve teachers'teaching methods and students' learning methods.
