Clinical Observation Of Threatened Abortion Tusizi And Dangshen Tocolysis Particles In The Treatment Of Both Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective:To verify the therapeutic effect of Tusizi and Dangshen Tocolysis Particles,and provide a clinical basis for the treatment of Early Threatened Abortion with dodder and Tusizi and Dangshen Tocolysis Particles.2.To explore the mechanism of the embryo of Tan Tusizi and Dangshen Tocolysis Particles from the level of hormone in pregnant women.3.To investigate the value of blood CA125 in predicting and treating the pregnancy outcome of early threatened abortion patients,and to analyze the effect of two different kinds of fetal drugs on the level of serum CA125 in patients with early threatened abortion.Methods:1.according to the requirement 60 patients were selected according to the requirements.According to the random number table,the number of the patients was randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.2.to the treatment group were given Tusizi and Dangshen Tocolysis Particles,a water flushing agent,400ml,Take it in the morning and at night even for 2weeks.The control group was taken orally with progesterone capsules,2 times a day,150mg every time,and used for 2 weeks.3.specimen collection and index detection.Patients were observed before and after 2 weeks,the next day,the clinical symptoms were observed,symptom score and B ultrasonic examination were performed,fasting blood and urine in the morning were taken,and pregnancy hormone and safety index were detected.Results:1.disease curative effect:after 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group 20cases were cured,7 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90.00%,control group 17 cases were cured,4 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the efficiency is 70.00%,the effect of disease between the two groups,the treatment group than the control group?P<0.05,there was statistical significance?.2.the curative effect of TCM syndrome:after treatment,the syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly reduced,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%and the control group was 76.67%.The comparison of the treatment group before and after treatment and the comparison group before and after treatment were statistically significant?P>0.05?,after treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group?P>0.05?.there was a significant difference in the curative effect after treatment?P<0.05?.3.the serum P value of pregnant women was compared:compared with two weeks before and after treatment,the level of P in two groups was significantly increased?P<0.05,statistically significant?.After two weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in serum P level between two groups?P>0.05?.4.the serum HCG value of pregnant women was compared:compared with two weeks before and after treatment,the serum HCG level of two groups was significantly increased?P<0.05,statistically significant?.Compared with two weeks after two weeks of treatment,the level of HCG in the two groups showed that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group?P<0.05?.5.the serum E2 value of pregnant women was compared:the blood E2 level of the two groups before and after two weeks treatment was compared,the treatment group and the control group were significantly increased?P<0.05,statistically significant?.After treatment,there was no significant difference in serum E2 level between the two groups?P>0.05?.Comparison of 6.pregnant women serum CA125 values:the success and failure group of maternal serum CA125 levels were compared in the two groups before and after treatment,and compared the two groups after treatment were statistically significant?P<0.05?;treatment group and control group before and after treatment were statistically significant?P<0.05?,compared the two groups after treatment.There was no significant difference?P>0.05?.Conclusion:1.Tusizi and Dangshen Tocolysis Particles can improve the success rate of progesterone capsules,can improve the clinical symptoms of early threatened abortion patients,reduce the symptom score,but the overall therapeutic effect was superior to progesterone capsule.Tu ginseng granules and further achieve tocolysis,In this way,it is proved that the Tusizi and Dangshen Tocolysis Particles has a good effect on protecting the fetus on the basis of preliminary research.2.Tusizi and Dangshen Tocolysis Particles can significantly improve the early miscarriage in patients with threatened abortion P,HCG and E₂ levels,from the angle that the hormone endocrine mechanism of tocolysis pregnancy maintenance tocolysis tiger ginseng granules.3.the concentration of serum CA125 and the early threatened abortion is closely related,have a certain value for predicting the outcome of pregnancy,sweet ginseng granules and tocolysis progesterone capsules can reduce its level,improve the success rate of miscarriage.
