| Objective: Threatened abortion, a commonly seen gynecological and obstetricdisease, may develop into miscarriage in most cases. Reasons for the threatenedabortion are complex, involves the heredity, the dissection, the intecnalsecretion, the immunity and so on, but some parts of reasons are unclear. Thethreatened abortion is equal to the Chinese medicine embryo leaks. Doctorspractice western medicines mainly by hormone supplement therapy. The curativeeffect is affirmed, but it may cause the female embryo male gender. Thereforeusing the western medicines should be prudent. The clinical practice provesthat Chinese native medicine fetus protection effect obviously surpasses thewestern medicine. Professor Shun Huifang summarized the medicinal "Antai-misture " after many years clinical practice. It was remarkablecurative effect and non-toxic side effect. We conducted experimentalresearches on traditional Chinese drugs effective for "Antai-mistura"to provide traditional Chinese drugs with modern medical basis.Methods- In the experiment of animal, an aborting Kidney-deficiency rats modelwas created by trauma. Then pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:controlled group (fed with saline instead of medicine), model with saline, modelwith Antai-mistura, model with Yunkang oral liquid. The pregnancylst day startsto make the mold, fed with the Chinese native medicines to the pregnancy from1st day to the llth day treatment group (Antai-mistura, Yunkang oral fluid), thecontrolled group and the model with saline group is given the physiologicalsaline. On the pregnancy 1st day, 6th day and the 12th day, each group takesthe weight; on the pregnancy 6th day and 12th day remain the blood serum toexamine the lever of serum progesterone of each group; on the pregnancy 12thobserve the pregnancy rate, the rate of abortion, the number of implantationrate, and the pathological changes of uterus and ovary.Results: 1 Model groups showed symptoms of the kidney deficiency, such as withered fur, slow action and less ability. The weight of rats in each groupwas all increased from D1 to Dl2. But the difference is significant (P＜0.05),and we can see that controlled group was the highest and model with saline groupwas the lowest. In conclusion, Antai-mistura can promote the pregnant rats'weight increasing.2 Concerning to the number of implantation site, there was significantdifference between model with saline, model with Antai-mistura, and model withYunkang oral liquid(P＜0.05), and model with saline group was the highest.Concerning to the rate of abortion, there was also significant differencebetween model with saline and other groups (P＜0.01), and model with saline groupwas the lowest. In conclusion, Antai-mistura and Yunkang oral liquid couldprevent the early time miscarries, promote the embryos survive, and reduce themiscarriage rate. And the two medicines' functions are quite the same.3 Antai-mistura could increase the serum lever of serum progesterone. Atfirst, the model pregnant rats blood serum of progesterone level was low.However, after fed with hntai-mistura and Yunkang oral liquid, the progesteronelevel was approach to the controlled group(P＞0.05). In conclusion, Antai-mistura and Yunkang oral liquid could enhance the pregnancy rats blood serumprogesterone, and the two medicines' functions are close (P＞0.05).4 The womb ovary organizations of alt model groups had the varying degreesof degraded changes, which were the most obvious in model with saline group.It shows us that themodel is successful and to some extent, hntai-mistura hasthe function to prevent abortion.Conclusion: It was proved in the animal experiment that Antai-mistura couldincrease the pregnancy rate and the number of implantation site, and couldstrengthen the function of corpus lustrum, and increase the serum lever ofprogesterone. |
