Clinical Studies Of The Treatment Of Threatened Abortion Caused By Spleen-kidney Deficiency With Miscarriage Prevention Drink And Progesterone Capsules

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of threatened abortion caused by spleen-kidney deficiency with miscarriage prevention drink and progesterone capsules Methods: 60 cases that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group of 30 numerically. Patients in the control group were given progesterone capsules treatment, and the treatment group received both miscarriage prevention drink and progesterone capsules. Then the effects of both on miscarriage prevention were compared. Results: Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the miscarriage prevention drink and progesterone capsules within the treatment group and progesterone capsules within the control group on threatened abortion caused by spleen-kidney deficiency:Hemostatic efficacy comparison: the total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33%, 86.67%respectively, the hemostatic efficacy by rank sum test was P> 0.05, not statistically significant, indicating that there was no significant difference in terms of hemostatic efficacy between the two groups.In terms of improving TCM syndrome, the scores differences between pre-treatment and post-treatment of the two groups were statistically significant. The treatment group achieved better results than the control group.In terms of improving the amount of progesterone, the differences between pre-treatment and post-treatment of the two groups were statistically significant. The treatment group achieved better results than the control group.Concerning the comprehensive efficacy of the disease, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33%, 83.33%, respectively, the hemostatic efficacy by rank sum test was P> 0.05 and statistically significant, with the treatment group’s better results than those of the control group. Conclusion:Compared with applying only the progesterone capsules, the treatment using both miscarriage prevention drink and progesterone capsules achieved much better results.The clinical use of integrative medicine is worth promotion to prevent miscarriage.
