Objective:Observation of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Hubei Province,58 cases of outpatient and inpatient kidney deficiency in patients with threatened abortion, the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treating kidney to kidney Qi, spleen tocolysis, with Western progesterone and human chorionic Gonadotropin, to explore the treatment of kidney deficiency clinical threatened abortion, to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment.Method:Recorded in December 2009-December 2010 in Hubei Province, Hubei Medical University affiliated Hospital of outpatient and inpatient diagnosed with kidney deficiency in patients with threatened abortion in 58 cases, according to the treatment program is divided into Chinese and Western medicine group (treatment group 35 cases), and the western medicine group (control group) 23 cases, the two groups in age, gestational age, history of abortion, severity of disease classification, and other aspects of syndrome score had no significant difference, P> 0.05. Treatment group were used for many years of clinical instructors Kidney yiqi Formula supplemented with progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin western medicine, western medicine alone control group; then between the two groups were compared symptom score (including vaginal bleeding, backache pain, abdominal pain or a small bulge, knees and knees, dizziness, tinnitus, Shenpi limb fatigue, nocturia, pregnancy history), serum human chorionic gonadotropin, serum progesterone changes, and the case of B-gynecology, data processing using statistical software SPSS17.0 statistics.Results:1. Comprehensive efficacy of the two groups were compared, total effective rate was 94.28%, which reached a 28.57% cure rate, markedly effective rate was 45.71%, efficiency 20%; and simple with Western medicine in the control group the total effective rate was 82.61%,cure rate was 13.04%,markedly effective rate 47.83%,efficiency 21.74%,compared the two groups was significant difference (p<0.05), that the treatment group were consolidated effective than the control group.2. The two groups were compared the curative effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome, the treatment group 35 examples, heal 9 cases, powerfully 16 cases marked effectiveness,7 cases,3 cases failure; the total effective invalid 91.42% group in 23 cases, recovery,3 cases, powerfully in 7 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 5 cases failure; the total effective 79.26%, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group than in control group of TCM syndrome curative effect.3. Treatment group and control group patients before and after the treatment group than in control symptom scores very significant difference (P<0.01), after treatment, symptom scores between the two groups was significant difference compared (P<0.05), indicating that the overall improvement of symptoms in TCM treatment group than in control group.4. Treatment group and control group patients before and after the treatment groups in serum beta HCG, P level are significant difference compared (P<0.05), the treatment group and control group serumβ-HCG, P level no significant difference compared (P>0.05), explain two groups of drugs can effective improve the body serumβ-HCG,P level.5. After the first course of treatment,35 patients treated in 17 patients with B-pulse can be seen the original heart tube, .the remaining 18 cases after the second course of treatment has seen 16 cases of B-beat original heart tube,2 patients B-stop display embryonic development, fetal heart rate reflex; 23 cases in 11 patients in control group B-pulse can be seen the original heart tube, the other 12 patients after a second course of treatment can be seen in 8 patients beat the original heart tube, and 4 show embryos stop Development, fetal heart rate reflex.
