The Clinical Study Of Deficiency Of Qi And Yin On Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Treated By The Jiangtang Huoluo Decoction

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Jiangtang and activating collaterals on type 2 diabetes with deficiency of Qi and Yin,the clinical value and safety were evaluated and its mechanism of action was further explored.Methods: 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected at the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.On the basis of the basic treatment,the treatment group was given hypoglycemic active treatment,the control group was given routine treatment of Jinlida granules for 3 months.After treatment,the data were collected and the changes of the clinical symptoms and blood sugar in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment,and the effectiveness and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the basic data of sex,age and course of disease before treatment(P > 0.05)in the two groups.2.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the patients in the treatment group were better than those before the treatment(P < 0.05),and the curative effect was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.Two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose was after treatment(FPG),2hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)reduction the degree is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).4.The total effective rate of the two groups was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.During the study period,all subjects showed no obvious discomfort and adverse drug reactions.No abnormalities were found in blood and urine routine,electrocardiogram and liver function tests before and after treatment.The results showed that the two groups of drugs had good safety.Conclusion:Preliminary results indicate that the intervention efficacy ofhypoglycemic Huoluo Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,can effectively reduce the fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)value in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes aspect also has significant curative effect,can effectively slow down the development of even the suppression of type 2 diabetes mellitus.The drug is safe and effective,and it is worth popularizing.
