| Diabetes is a disturbance syndrome of glucide,lipid metabolism and protein.Diabetes is currently the third largest detrimental diseases, behind the cancer and cardiovascular disease. There are92million diabetes patients in China. Diabetes has a strong impact on health.The study is comprised of literature review and clinical research. The literature review summarize the definition, classification, epidemiology, nosogenesis, treatment and progress of diabetes from traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. The clinical research includes:Objective:To evaluate objectively the validity and safty of Shengqi Jiangtang particles treating diabetes B with Qi-Yin asthenia syndromeMethod:60diabetes B patients with Qi-Yin asthenia syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.every group was30cases. The control group was given conventional therapy, the treatment group was given Shengqi Jiangtang particles on the base of conventional therapy. The treatment lasted for three months. The clinical symptoms,FBGPBG,HbAlC,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,low shear and high shear of whole blood viscosity.plasma viscosity.and side effects of two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Result:1. The total effective rate of treatment group was90%. The total effective rate of control group was73.3%. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups.2. The two groups could improve remarkably clinical symptoms of the patients with diabetes B. There was significant difference in the clinical symptom score between two groups after treatment(P<0.05).3. The levels of FBG.PBG and HbAlC of two groups took on an obvious decrease after treatment. There were more obvious descension of the levels of FBG,PBG and HbAlC in treatment group than in control group.4. The levels of TC,TG and LDL of two groups had remarkable decrease after treatment. There were more obvious descension of the levels of TC.TG and LDL in treatment group than in control group.5. The levels of low shear.high shear of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of two groups after treatment were improved more remarkably than those before treatment(P<0.05). There were significant difference of the levels of low shear.high shear of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity between treatment group and control group.Conclusion:1. It has satisfactory efficacy that Shengqi Jiangtang particles treating diabetes B with Qi-Yin asthenia syndrome, the total effective rate is90%.2. The Shengqi Jiangtang particles can improve remarkably clinical symptoms of the patients with diabetes B.3. The Shengqi Jiangtang particles can decrease remarkably the levels of FBGPBG and HbAlC of the patients with diabetes B.4. The Shengqi Jiangtang particles can decrease remarkably the levels of TC.TG and LDL of the patients with diabetes B.5. The Shengqi Jiangtang particles can improve remarkably hemorheology of the patients with diabetes B.No interrelated side effects happen in clinical practice. So, it is safe and effective that Shengqi Jiangtang particles treating diabetes B with Qi-Yin asthenia syndrome.and It deserves generalization. |
