Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Gelian Jiangtang Pills In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes (gastric Fever Syndrome)

Objective: In this study,we observed the effect of Gelian Jiangtang Pills on laboratory indicators and clinical scores of TCM symptoms in type 2 diabetes and stomach heat syndrome,to understand the clinical efficacy and safety,and proved that Gelian Jiangtang Pills are the treatment of this type of diabetes.Effective drugs provide a certain reference for "pure Chinese medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes".Methods: Sixty-six patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups.On the premise of including patients under basic treatment,the treatment group was given Gelian Jiangtang Pill 9g(3 times / day),and the control group was given metformin 500 mg / time(3 times / day)for 3 months.Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and blood lipids of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Result:1.Compare the total effective rate of the two groups of patients,the results showed that: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 90.3%,P>0.05,the results showed that the treatment group and the control group had the same effect;2.Compare the blood glucose levels(FPG,2h PG,Hb Alc)of the two groups of patients.After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased(P<0.01),but the treatment group and the control group had the same effect of reducing blood glucose(P>0.05);3.Compare the blood lipid status of the two groups(TG,TC)of patients.After treatment,the blood lipid status of both groups decreased(P<0.01),but the treatment group and the control group had the same effect of reducing blood lipid(P>0.05);4.Compare the TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients,after treatment,the TCM symptom scores decreased(P > 0.01),and the improvement of the TCM symptom in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Gelian Jiangtang Pill has a definite effect on the treatment of patientswith type 2 diabetes and stomach heat fibrous syndrome,it can effectively reduce the level of blood sugar and blood lipids,and has a significant improvement effect on clinical symptoms,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
