The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With TangTong Prescription And Mecobalamine

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of TangTong Prescription and Mecobalamine in patients with common clinical symptoms of Qi and Yin Deficiency and Venous resistance Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,and to perfect the thinking method for the treatment of DPN.Methods: Sixty-six patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Venous resistance Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy were included and numbered according to the standard.Random numbers were assigned to each group.Treatment group and control group each had 33 cases.This experiment using a parallel-group,own before and after the observation method.Both groups of patients underwent routine Diabetes education,moderate exercise,diet control,and hypoglycemic therapy.In this basic treatment,the control group was treated with Mecobalamine capsules.The treatment group was treated with Tangtong Prescription on the basis of the control group.The treatment period is 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients were scored on the symptoms,observe changes in symptoms and signs of patients with neuropathy and changes in examination indicators such as electromyography.The curative effects of the two groups on Qi and Yin Deficiency and Venous resistance Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy were further compared.The impact of validity and security indicators.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of Tangtong Prescription and Mecobalamine-treated group was 90.9%,and the total effective rate of Mecobalamine capsules Control Group was 66.7%.The total effective rate after treatment in both groups was compared,there was statistic Differences in Statistical learning(p<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the co ntrol group;(2)The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01);(3)The numbness of the limbs,pain in the extremities,loss of sensation,weakness in the limbs,and fatigue in the two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group was compared with the control group,statistical difference(P<0.05);The scores of the symptom scores before and after treatment in the same group of patients were statistically tested.The results showed that the symptom scores of the treatment group all had a decrease(P<0.05).The control group had only numbness of the limbs,pain in the limbs,and sensation after treatment.The reduction of three points was different before treatment(P<0.05).after treatment,the improvement of each symptom in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);(4)The MCV and SCV scores of the bilateral tibial nerves in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),The exact clinical effect;(5)There was no abnormality in the two sets of safety indicators throughout the trial.Conclusion: The treatment of DPN with Tangtong Prescription and Mecobalamine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.No adverse reactions occurred in the course of the trial,indicating that Tangtong Prescription and Mecobalamine is safety and can improve the level of prevention and treatment of DPN to a certain extent.
