ObjectiveBy observing the clinical efficacy of Yiqi huoxuetongmai Prescription combined with western medicine in treating the type QDBS of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN),and the control group with Methylcobalamin dispersible tablets、epalrestat capsule Joint calcium dobesilate dispersible tablet was compared,then compare and evaluate the efficacy of Yiqi huoxuetongmai Prescription.MethodsDiagnosis in DPN clinical symptom score sheet, EMG, lOg nylon yarn, then in according with the principles of the randomized controlled to meet the inclusion criteria,64cases were divided into a treatment group of33patients and the control group,31cases in hypoglycemicbuck basic treatment, the control group was treated with methylcobalamin dispersible tablets,epalrestat capsule joint dobesilate calcium dispersible tablets, the treatment group give of Yiqi huoxuetongmai Prescription decoction on the basis of the control group.the treatment lastde for8weeks, respectively before and after treatment, symptom scores, parallel EMG, pressure sensation, and knee.ankle reflex examination should be done in order to compare and evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results1after the treatment, comparing the clinical efficacy in the two groups, the total efficiency of treatment group is46.67%, the control group16.67%, these have a statistically significant difference (P<0.05);2In the comparing of the main symptom improvement, the improvement of symptoms of numbness and coldness compared with the control group are statistically significant (P <0.01):significantly,the improvement of limb pain,weakness and paresthesias have no significant difference (P>0.05);this shows, other symptoms are all improved apart from paresthesia in the control group.Numbness and cold improvement is significantly better than the control group;3In the comparison of the pressure sensations check,the own comparison of each group before and after treatment,P<0.05is considered statistically significa-nt.The comparison between two groups,P>0.05.no significant difference,suggest-ing that the two groups of treatment are conducive to the improvement of the pressure feel;knee and ankle reflexes didn’t change than before;4The own comparison of fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment.no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), and there is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);5Comparison of nerve conduction velocity,respectively,before the treatment compared to6groups of nerve.the results are not statistically different (P>0.05).suggesting the comparability;After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity in the two groups are essentiallyare faster, but the own comparison shows there is no significant statistical difference(P>0.05),and there is no significant statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1Yiqi Huoxuetongmai Prescription combined with western medicine in treating DPN has a good effect;2Yiqi Huoxuetongmai Prescription combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of DPN, especially for numbness, coldness, the improvement is most significant;3Yiqi Huoxuetongmai Prescription combined with western medicine during the treatment didn’t find adverse reactions,the security is good.
