Regularity Study On Pulse Information Of 112 Cases Of Depression

Objective:This research is based on the technologic combination of high-tech science and traditional Chinese pulse-taking theory, using model three-probe information of TCM pulse diagnosis and analysis system, in order to explore the regularity of different syndromes of depression patients pulse.This research is aim to found out the pulse information characteristics of the patients with depression, and of the different syndromes related to organs function disorders, Qi, blood, Yin and Yang and the pathological changes for further study, providing objective basis and theoretical supports for the experimental and testing instruments for diagnosis of depression of TCM Pulse Diagnosis Assisted.Methods: By combining the modern science and technology with the TCM theory, applying the three-probe TCM pulse pattern diagnosis acquisition and using analysis system in our laboratory, we adopted the three regions and nine divisions pulse taking sites technique in Cunkou diagnostic method of TCM, and classified of 112 patients who met the inclusion criteria into different types. According to the manifestation of clinical symptoms, the concrete is divided into five groups. The number of patients in the particular groups are: 35 cases of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency set, 32 cases of heart-spleen deficiency set, 21 cases of kidney deficiency set, 15 cases of deficiency of heart-QI and gallbladder-QI set and 9 cases heart kidney disharmony set. The total 112 cases of depression patients are patients who were going to Liaoning Province Hospital of Chinese traditional medicine outpatient psychiatric from November 2015 to February 2016. The data of this paper was collected from the pulse test on all patients’ hands six pulses with the use of basic methods of TCM syndrome of nine three Cunkou pulse acquisition. The diagnostic method, its supporting software as well as the characteristic Chinese traditional medicine pulse analysis method were used to analyze the pulse information comprehensively. These data were measured by the application of SPSS17.0 statistics, and Software SPSS17.0 were applied for K-means cluster analysis.Results:1. The pulse characteristics of the patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of depression are the left hand and the pulse amplitude is large, the negative wave is deeper, the amplitude of the left hand is small, and the amplitude of both hands is small.2. The pulse characteristics of the patients with heart-spleen deficiency depression are small amplitude of left hand, the baseline is not stable, the amplitude of the Guan pulse is large, and the amplitude of the right hand is small.3. The pulse characteristics of patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type depression are left Cun pulse in baseline is stable, large amplitude, the amplitude of the pulse amplitude is large, the amplitude of both hands is small, and the waveform broadening.4. The pulse characteristics of deficiency in heart qi and gallbladder Qi type patients are small amplitude of left hand, the baseline is not stable, the amplitude of the Guan pulse is not stable, and the amplitude of the right hand is small.5. The pulse characteristics of heart kidney disharmony type patients with depression are the small amplitude of left hand, baseline is not uneven, the baseline of the Guan pulse is not rough, the right hand off the pulse amplitude is small.6. The pulse characteristics and syndromes of the 112 cases were set as variable x,all 112patients’ characteristics of the pulse is divided into 5 groups by K-means clustering analysis, and each group of features contains a card type and no repeat with the other groups. And most of the characteristics of regrouping and the experimental results obtained characteristics match. Conclusion:1.By referring the guidance of the theory of TCM pulse diagnosis, andusing the new three-probe TCM pulse pattern diagnosis acquisition and analysis system, we can find the different regularity in between the pulse of depressive patients of different TCM syndrome types.2. The pulse waveform diagram of patients with depression can explain the occurrence and development of liver depression, heart, spleen, kidney four dirty close relation. And patients with depression pulse complex, syndromes of deficiency and excess, influence the progression of the disease in the organs of interaction, leading to disease can occur simultaneously in multiple organs.3. Using the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine pulse information analysis method, can reveal different syndromes in patients with depression of pulse condition information and the dysfunction of internal organs of the body with a certain correlation of abnormal.
