Study On The Pathogenesis Of Psychosomatic Diseases Caused By Fear And Long String Pulse Syndrome And Professor Ma Wenhui’s Clinical Medication Experience

Objective:This research conducted a preliminary study on psychosomatic diseases caused by fear(depression syndrome)by collecting and sorting out relevant ancient and modern documents.This paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of long string pulse syndrome in the whole theory of Qi and blood.To explore and study the clinical indications of Tiaochang Jiening Decoction,and provide new ideas and practical solutions for the clinical treatment of over-passage syndrome(long string-type emotional disease).And through the mentor Ma Wenhui Director of the Clinical Validation Study of the effectiveness of the use of Tiaochangjiening Tang,to further enrich the academic system of the Three Parts and Six Diseases on psychosomatic diseases.Methods:1.This research first uses the research method of literature collation,through the search and collation of panic-related ancient books and modern literature research,basically delineates Chinese medicine-related and similar diseases,analyzes and explores the connection and difference between the meaning of panic and panic,and the reason for panic.The TCM etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods,and prescription compatibility of a series of diseases caused by TCM are expected to provide some ideas and methods for the research and treatment of panic-induced diseases in TCM psychosomatic diseases.2.Secondly,this study collected cases,statistical analysis of the changes of symptom scores before and after treatment,to verify the effectiveness of the three-part six-disease academic system for the experience of such diseases.(1)Collect 50 patient cases from June2020 to January 2021.In this subject,the main symptoms and secondary symptoms are quantitatively integrated before and after treatment,and the curative effect is observed after1 course of treatment(28 days);Further statistical analysis of the total score before and after,the score of each symptom and the number of cases of a single symptom.(2)The included subjects were numbered in sequence according to the time of treatment,and statistical analysis was performed before and after treatment.Results:1.This article summarized a variety of psychosomatic diseases caused by panic as the cause;Summarize the treatment of emotional diseases;Put forward three parts of the six-diseases academic school on the study of emotional diseases,what is the overall qi and blood theory,and what is the psychology of the pulse;Discuss the mechanism of long string pulse Syndrome and panic pathogenesis,and put forward the indications for the application of Tiaochang Jiening Decoction.2.The total effective rate of Tiaochang Jiening Decoction in the treatment of depression syndrome of long string pulse type is 94%.The comparison of the total symptom score before and after treatment and the comparison of the number of single symptoms before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,each symptom was improved and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The record of emotional illness(depression syndrome)caused by panic has a long history and many contents.Fear causes physical and mental diseases,including Bentun disease,heart palpitations,lily disease,visceral irritation,depression syndrome,mania syndrome and other diseases.Physicians of the past dynasties have different understanding and treatment of such diseases.Abundant and diverse theoretical research on etiology and pathogenesis has brought many problems to the inheritance and development of such diseases in future generations of Chinese medicine.This article summarizes the historical origin,etiology and pathogenesis of a series of emotional diseases caused by panic,as well as the treatment methods and prescriptions.On the basis of the research of the ancient ancestors,contemporary scholars apply the prescriptions flexibly according to the different additions and subtractions of the clinical symptoms of depression,which can be roughly divided into two categories: dredging and tonic.Based on the three parts and six diseases,the whole qi and blood theory and coordinated therapy,it provides new ideas and practical diagnosis and treatment plans for the understanding and treatment of such diseases,which further enriches the theoretical basis of traditional medicine for the diagnosis and treatment of panic-type emotional diseases.Further analysis and discussion of such issues provide a certain reference.2.The experience of the three-part and six-disease academic system in the treatment of overpulse depression with modified tiaochangjiening decoction has a significant effect.The treatment method is to coordinate the overall qi and blood,warm the yang and dispel cold,relieve coagulation and turbidity.Achieve the body state of coordination of qi and blood,smooth emotions,and secretion of Yin and Yang.There are no adverse side effects,high safety,and it is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
