| Objective:This article collected from two aspects through the ancient and modern literatures and clinical cases,respectively carding and research from theory and clinical application,in order to explore and analysis the rule of formula and syndrome of Huangqin decoction treating woman disease and clinical application.Methods:Firstly,this paper uses the method of literature retrieval,this paper explore the rule of formula and syndrome of Huangqin decoction treating woman diseases,especially the main disease,pathogenesis,symptoms,drug doses,and add and subtract situation of Huangqin decoction treating woman diseases in the ancient and modern literature,to collect the clinic application of radix scutellariae soup or the cases about mainly using radix scutellariae or peony medicine to treat the woman's diseases,use frequency statistics such as frequency analysis to analysis respectively according to age,disease,pathogenesis,symptoms,tongue picture and pulse condition and add and subtract drug in order to illustrate the clinical application of radix scutellariae soup to treat woman's diseases.Results:Literature research:(1)Retrieval results:There are 180 references retrieved about soup or main drugs of radix scutellariae,radix paeonia lactiflora to treat the woman's disease.(2)Age results:180 cases in the literature,only 40 patients have recorded ages,16 cases aged 20 to 30(40%),11 cases followed by 30 to 40 years old,accounted for 28%.It is indicated that Huangqin decoction are widely used in the treatment of woman's diseases,especially among young women.(3)Results of diseases:Huang qin decoction are mainly used to treat diseases of pregnancy and postpartum diseases respectively 31.16%,28.57%,16.88% of the total number of diseases,among them menstrual disease is most common.The occurrence frequency of the highest diseases is ren,accounted for 7.44%.(4)Statistical results of pathogenesis:there are 100 documented the pathogenesis.The most important categories among the five are qi and blood pathogenesis,heat pathogenesis,viscera pathogenesis.The pathogenesis ranks first is Yin deficiency,with the frequency 6.65%,postpartum gas hemopenia something strong comes second with5.23%,the stomach enrages disaccord comes third with 3.56%,others among ranked first 10 are intestinal damp and hot,spleen and stomach deficiency,liver stomach discord,liver meridian wind-cold,stomach heat,kidney deficiency.(5)Diseases nature results:The statistics of the disease are mainly empirical and empirical.The deficiency is mainly based on qi deficiency.(6)The statistical results of the symptoms:The specific symptoms according to the frequency of the top ten was followed by abdominal pain,fever,oropharynx,be agitated dying of thirst,urine short red acerbity yellow.The occurrence frequency of single moss was 23 times,meanwhile thin moss mainly was 11 times,accounting for 47.83%.The frequency of compound tongue coating was 18 times,with thin yellow moss as the main factor,accounting for 55.56%.The result of composite tongue is that the red tongue with yellow moss is the most common tongue,followed is the red tongue with thin moss.(8)The results of the pulse:The number of the pulse frequency was the highest,35 times,accounting for 28.45%.The second is string pulse,31 times 25.20%;The slide pulse is 26 times accounted for 21.14%.Compound number flavored medicines is Chinese angelica is 73 times,rehmannia is 64 times,rhizoma ligustici wallichii is 40 times,followde by the other three medicines:atractylodes is 40 times,donkey-hide gelatin is 22 times,ginseng(Dangshen)is 22 times,this 6 taste flavored medicine accounted for a large part of proportion.Clinical application study:(1)Application collection result:After data analysis,the results showed that the drug was treated with scutellaria and peony.There are 25 cases of women's disease.The agedistribution of the affected women was concentrated in the 25-35 age group,accounting for76 percent,and the young women were at the peak age.(2)Age results:The women who were treated with Huangqin and herbaceous peony were mainly treated with menstruation and gestation,and the women were treated with infertility,dysmenorrhea,and the late period of menstruation.Among them,the frequency of infertility was the highest in 11 times,accounting for 18.03%.(3)Results of disease:The main diseases of women treated with Radix Scutellariae and Paeoniflorin were menstrual disease and pregnancy gestation disease.The main types of women's diseases treated were infertility,dysmenorrhea,submenstruation,and late menstruation.Among them,the frequency of infertility was the highest(11 times).(4)The statistics of the disease pathogenesis:The type of the clinical application of the disease machine was mainly the heat pathogenesis,accounting for 32.83%.The frequency of blood deficiency was the highest,accounting for 22.39% of the total frequency of the Achyranthes bidentata.Conclusion:Literature research and clinical application law analysis on the treatmentof women's disease using Huangqin decoction is contented in the age distribution,the main disease types,main symptoms.But there are different emphases and differences in the specific main diseases and other symptoms,the analysis of pathogenesis and disease comes from the literature.(1)The population with high incidence of diseases is young women.(2)The types of diseases were mainly menstrual disease and pregnancy disease.But the literature study and clinical indications of disease focus is different,the literature research to the disease pregnancy uterine bleeding;Clinical research on infertility is the main indications of disease.(3)The pathogenesis is complex and diverse,involving qi,blood,yin and yang,multiple viscera and viscera,and the pathological changes of the blood vessels,but most closely related to the function of the liver and spleen.The same pathogenesis is deficiency in Yin and blood,postpartum qi and liver fire exuberant.(4)In general,the disease is characterized by solid and heat syndrome,which is mainly related to liver depression and
