The Research On The Experience Of Professor Hu Guojun Treating Bronchiectasis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Using data mining technology,we excavate the thinking and medication distinctive of professor Hu Guojun on treating bronchiectasis.Method The clinical data of 96 patients with bronchiectasis who visited Mr.Hu Guojun’s clinic from January 2016 to January 2019 were collected by means of prescription copying and follow-up.Then,it is analyzed by using the software V3.1 developed by the Information Center of Anhui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Finally,the results of data mining are analyzed and discussed,and the preliminary conclusions are drawn.Rssults: Through data mining technology,the medical records of 96 patients with bronchiectasis were analyzed and the following results were obtained: 1.Five of Syndrome type:Phlegm-heat stagnation lung syndrome,Yin deficiency lung-heat syndrome,Qi-Yin Deficiency syndrome,phlegm-dampness retention lung syndrome and lung-spleen deficiency syndrome.2.According to the frequency of occurrence of drugs from high to low,the top 10 drugs are: Semen lepidii,Semen coicis,Root of large-flowered skullcap,Adenophora tetraphylla,Winter melon seeds,Reed rhizome,Patrinia herb,Houttuynia cordata,Pyrrosia lingua,Loquat leaf.3.There are twenty-one drug pairs:(1)Pyrrosia lingua,Semen lepidii;(2)Bear gall powder,Semen lepidii;(3)Pericarpium trichosanthi,Semen coicis;(4)Epherdra,Semen lepidi;(5)Rhizoma anemarrhenae,Semen lepidi;(6)Semen coicis,Semen lepidi;(7)Reed rhizome,Winter melon seeds;(8)Reed rhizome,Semen lepidii;(9)Inula britannica chinensis,Semen lepidii;(10)Cicada slough,Bombyx batryticatus;(11)Houttuynia cordata,Semen coicis;(12)Houttuynia cordata,Semen lepidii;(13)Peach kernel,Semen lepidii;(14)Cortex Mori,Semen lepidii;(15)Winter melon seeds,Semen lepidii;(16)Schi-sandra chinensis,Adenophora tetraphylla;(17)Radix Ophiopogonis,Schisandra Chinensis;(18)Pyrrosia lingua,Semen coicis;(19)Lily,Schisandra Chinensis;(20)Scutellaria Baicalensis,Semen lepidii;(21)Cortex Mori,Scutellaria baicalensis.4.There are six drug combinations:(1)Lily,Radix pseudostellariae,Hairyvein agrimony;(2)Pberetima,Peach kernel,Fritillaria thunbergii Miq,Folia eriobotryae;(3)Semen lepidii,Semen coicis,Scutellaria baicalensis;(4)Houttuynia cordata,Pericarpium Trichosanthi,Pyrrosia lingua;(5)Winter melon seeds,Reed rhizome,Semen coicis;(6)Cortex Mori,Japanese inula herb,Licorice.5.There is one core prescription and drug composition for:Semen lepidii,Radix paeoniae rubra,Pberetima,Reed rhizome,Semen lepidii,Peach kernel,Epherdra,Pericarpium trichosanthi,Schisandra Chinensis,Houttuynia cordata,Winter melon seeds,Scutellaria baicalensis,Patrinia herb,Pyrrosia lingua.Conclusions: The results obtained by data mining software analysis generally reflect the rule of Hu Lao’s differentiation and treatment of bronchiectasis,Mainly as follows: 1.On the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,u Lao believed that "Zhengxu is the internal cause,phlegm,heat and blood stasis run through all the time,exogenous six pornography is the external cause".2.In the treatment,Hu Lao thought that clearing heat and resolving phlegm was the first,cooling blood and stopping bleeding carbon was the most important,invigorating spleen and soil was the key,treating both symptoms and Qi and Yin was the fundamental.3.The new core prescription has the functions of clearing heat and phlegm,relieving carbuncle and purulent discharge,relieving cough and asthma.It can be applied to various types of bronchiectasis through reasonable tailoring and deserves further study.
