Data Mining Study Of Hu Guojun's Famous Old Chinese Medicine In Treating Pulmonary Nodules

Objective:Using data mining technology,the analysis and summary of Professor Hu Guojun's knowledge of pulmonary nodular disease and the rules of medication prescriptions for treating pulmonary nodules were summarized.Method:Collect the medical records of patients with pulmonary nodules who attended the outpatient clinic of Professor Hu Guojun from January 2017 to December 2019 by way of outpatient follow-up,etc.select outpatient medical records that meet the criteria for inclusion in the subject,initially organize and form a complete medical record,and then organize the medical record Relevant information was entered into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Data Processing Software V3.1" of the Information Center of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Anhui Province.It was analyzed through data mining methods,and the mining results were analyzed and summarized.The results were submitted to Professor Hu Guojun for review and modification.Come to relevant conclusions.Results:Through a variety of data mining techniques,the medical records of 103 patients with pulmonary nodules collected from a total of 377 consultations were analyzed,and the following results were concluded:1.Four common types of lung nodules:(1)deficiency of lung and spleen,dampness of phlegm dampness.(2)deficiency of phlegm heat,deficiency of lung,qi and yin.Evidence.(4)phlegm outpatient records of patients with pulmonary nodules.and the results obtained are analyzed to summarize the basic rules of distinguishing and treating pulmonary nodules by Professor Hu Guojun,mainly as follows:1.In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,Professor Hu Guojun believes that pulmonary nodules belong to the category of "pulmonary volume" in traditional Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis is based on the deficiency of the lungs,exogenous sexism,inappropriate eating,loss of work and rest,insufficient endowment,internal emotional damage,etc.The effect is to cause the lungs to lose blood,and the fluid to be dispensed is unfavorable.Condensation is sputum,and the phlegm is hot for a long time.Qi,stasis,and heat are not cemented,obstructing the lungs,the lungs are not smooth,and become a product over time.The pathological properties are based on deficiency and normality,the positive deficiency(qi deficiency,yin deficiency,and yang deficiency)as the basis,and the evil reality(phlegm dampness,blood stasis,qi stagnation,fiery fever)as the standard.2.In the treatment,clinical syndromes always clear the phlegm and heat,soften and disperse stagnation,promote blood circulation,improve qi and nourish yin,strengthen the spleen,improve lungs,and relieve qi and depression.The patient's clinical symptoms,constitutional bias,disease course,comorbidities,etc,while referring to
