Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia With Mangosteen Needle Through The Pulse Group

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of needle transprandial pulse acupuncture on patients with vascular dementia,to provide clinical basis for acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia.At the same time further explore the optimal treatment of vascular dementia.Method: From January 2018 to December 2018,60 patients with vascular dementia who came to Anhui Province Acupuncture Hospital for treatment were divided into treatment groups and control groups,each with 30.The control group was given 5 mg of Donopezil hydrochloride orally,once a day,before going to bed,warm water was served,and taken for 6 weeks.Treatment group in control group on the basis of the needle puncture treatment,points taken: 100 will be through the brain household,large vertebral to Yang,muscle contraction through the cantilevers,waist Yangguan long strong.Acupuncture once a day,6 times a week(Sunday rest day)for 2 weeks for 1 course,a total of 3 courses.The daily life ability(ADL),simple Intelligence scale(MMSE)and vascular dementia syndrome differentiation scale(SDSVD scale)were evaluated before,after treatment and between groups,and the clinical efficacy was objectively evaluated based on the score.Result: The ADL,MMSE and SDSVD scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after the three courses,and the results were significantly different.P was less than 0.05.Conclusion: 1.The acupoint therapy was superior to Western drug control group in improving the daily life ability,cognitive function and intelligence of patients with VD;2.The acupoint therapy is effective,economical and convenient in the treatment of VD.It is suitable for widespread use in clinic.
