Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture and acupuncture at the point of Dumai group on limb movement and balance dysfunction of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke, and provide clinical basis for acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.Method A total of 60 patients with motor and balance dysfunction after ischemic stroke treated in the fourth department of encephalopathy of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2019 were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. At the same time, two groups of patients were given basic treatments to prevent recurrence of cerebrovascular diseases, such as regulating blood pressure, regulating blood sugar and blood lipids, improving circulation,low-salt and low-fat diet, stabilizing plates, and anti-platelet aggregation. In addition to basic treatment, the control group received ordinary acupuncture and rehabilitation training. The acupuncture points were selected by ordinary acupuncture: Baihui,Neiguan,Jiquan,Ruler,Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli(all affected sides were taken),Card addition and subtraction, the needle retention time is 30 minutes, and the needle is inserted once in the middle;Rehabilitation training treatment includes: bed and bedside activities, sitting activities, standing activities, parallel bars walking,ADL training,PNF technical training, traditional rehabilitation therapy.2 weeks as a course of treatment, once a day,40 minutes each time, three consecutive courses. The experimental group was treated with a cupuncture penetrating puncture on the basis of the control group. The acupoints were:Baihui through the brain,Dazhui through to Yang, muscle contraction through the life gate, and waist Yang through through strength.Acupuncture is performed once every other day,3 times a week, and 2 weeks is a course of treatment, with a total of three courses of treatment.Ordinary acupuncture and awn needle penetration are alternately treated. The Holden walking function rating scale,Berg balance scale, and modified Barthel index scale were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy after treatment. Finally, the comparison was made before and after treatment in the same group and between groups.Results1.Before and after treatment, the BBS and MBI scale scores in the control group increased, and the differences were very significant(P<0.01).2.The BBS and MBI scale scores in the experiental group were increased before and after treatment, and the differences were very significant(P<0.01).3.After three courses of treatment, the scores and clinical efficacy of the BBS,MBI,and Holden walking ability scales in the two groups of patients were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The awn needle penetration group and the ordinary acupuncture control group are effective in improving motor and balance dysfunction and daily living ability of patients with IS.2.The effect of the awn needle penetration group on improving the BBS,MBI scale and Holden walking ability was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture control group.
