The observation of the healthy people Collection of48cases of healthy people, the use of proton magnetic resonance spectrum (1H-MRS) healthy right upper limb in the corresponding place of nerve cells in the cerebral cortex metabolites n-acetyl aspartate (NAA), choline compounds (Cho), the content of creatine (Cr), and calculate the NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr ratio, Acupuncture on LI10LI4, and then observe the metabolites of the nerve cells at that point.Similarly, before and after acupuncture on ST36and ST41,use the1H-MRS observation healthy right lower limb of nerve cells in the cerebral cortex corresponding changes of the metabolites.2. Treatment after a course of the day, to carry on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale of Beijing (MoCA) and1H-MRS.Results:1.Before and after acupuncture, healthy people limb corresponding area on the left posterior central gyrus metabolite NAA, Cho, Cr, NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr had no significant statistical difference (P>0.05).2.Healthy people limb corresponding area on the left posterior central gyrus metabolite NAA, Cho and Cr tended to increase after acupuncture.3.VD patients after one course of treatment, MMSE, MoCA score before treatment were increased, MRS examination NAA, Cho, Cr were increased, NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr has also increased.Conclusion:1.Needle ST36and ST41points of healthy people there is no significant difference between the brain nerve cell metabolic effects, but has a positive adjustment.2.the head of needle therapy can improve the responsibility lesions neurons function in patients with vascular dementia.3.Head of needle can improve cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia. |
