Objective:To explore the risk factors for recurrence of adult ischemic moyamoya disease(MMD),and to provide reliable assessment methods and prevention measures for prevention of recurrence. Methods:A total of 59 patients with recurrent ischemic moyamoya disease were enrolled in the Department of Neurology,Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2013 to February 2018.Among them,28 cases of ischemic moyamoya disease with recurrent disease(research group),31 cases of ischemic moyamoya disease with only one onset during follow-up(control group).Further collection of specific information, including general information: gender, age, body mass index(BMI),smoking history, drinking history;clinical data: onset form, whether combined with long-term headache or dizziness history, whether antiplatelet aggregation therapy,or not Lipid-stable plaque treatment, surgical treatment, hypertensive or diabetic, moyamomatic occlusion vascular score, moyamoya smoke vascular score;examination data including: blood type, percentage of lymphocytes, hyperlipidemia, whether or not carotid atherosclerosis, atrial fibrillation, and statistical analysis of all data to analyze the risk factors for re-occurrence of adult ischemic moyamoya disease.Result:Combined with chronic headache, dizziness, dizziness, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, surgical treatment,anti-platelet aggregation, percentage of lymphocytes, occlusion blood vessel score and smoke vascular score between the two groups presence significant differences.Conclusion:1.Combined chronic headache, dizziness, dizziness, hypertension, diabetes and associated percentage increase in lymphocytes are risk factors for this study;2.Surgical treatment and anti-platelet aggregation therapy are protective factors in this study;3.The moyamoya disease occlusion vascular score and the smoke vascular score can be used to predict recurrence and to assess prognosis.
