Literature Research In Shenghua Decoction Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Shenghua decoction has been widely used in clinical practice since ancient times.Contemporary researchers use clinical trials to verify its efficacy,or experiments to study its chemical composition and pharmacological effects.Modern physicians mostly know about Shenghua decoction from Chinese medicine textbooks or Fu Qingzhu Nv Ke.In addition,there are a lot of records about Shenghua decoction in ancient medical books.Therefore,through sorting out,classifying and summarizing the contents of Shenghua decoction in ancient Chinese medical books,this paper aimed to clarify the origin of Shenghua decoction,find out its characteristics and treatment scope,and analyze its medication rules through data mining technology,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical application of Shenghua decoction.Methods : The study was carried out in two steps.In the first step,we consulted and sorted out the records of Shenghua decoction in medical books of past dynasties.In the second step,we collated the collected data and get the composition,dosage and treatment range of Shenghua decoction and its analogous prescriptions into the database.Through the statistical analysis of the data through the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system,we finally got the rule of the prescription of Shenghua decoction.Results : By consulting ancient medical books,120 medical books had been found to record Shenghua decoction,which can treat 40 kinds of diseases,including 38 kinds of postpartum diseases.The top eight diseases were postpartum conditioning,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum syncope,postpartum blood clots,postpartum miscellaneous diseases,postpartum abdominal pain,postpartum fever,mazischesis.It was found that the Shenghua decoction first appeared in Jingyue Quanshu,not created by Fu Qingzhu.We used the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system to analyze the frequency and association rules of Shenghua decoction and its analogous prescriptions,and get the prescription rule by synthesizing the results.By analyzing 171 prescriptions in ancient medical books,the results showed that 70 herbs were involved,and the herbs of tonifying deficiency and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis were mostly used in Shenghua decoction and similar prescriptions.In addition,it also includes digestant herbs,antiepileptic herbs,qi-regulating herbs,hemostatic herbs,water-diffusingand dampness-permeating herbs,sedative herbs,phlegm-resolving cough and asthmarelieving herbs,liver-Calming and wind-quenching herbs,astringent and astringent herbs.It shows that the application of Shenghua decoction in the treatment of diseases is extensive.Drug association rules analysis showed that Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum Chuanxiong had the highest correlation.They often appeared as a pair of herb and were the core components of Shenghua decoction.By analyzing the dosage of five kinds of drugs in Shenghua decoction,it was found that the most frequently used dosage of Angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong and Peach kernel were 9g,12 g and 4g respectively,the common dosage of artillery ginger was 1.2g and 1.5g,and the common dosage of roasted licorice was 1.5g.The results of four scents analysis showed that the use frequency of warm herbs was the highest,followed by plain herbs.The results of five flavors analysis showed that the use frequency of spicy herbs and sweet herbs was the highest.The results of meridian tropism analysis showed that most of the herbs belonged to the heart meridian,liver meridian and spleen meridian,while the others included the herbs belonged to the gallbladder meridian,lung meridian,large intestine meridian,kidney meridian,stomach meridian,bladder meridian,triple Jiao meridian,small intestine meridian and pericardium meridian.Conclusion:Shenghua decoction first appeared in the Furengui in Jingyue Quanshu.The content of biochemical soup contained in Fu Qingzhu Nv Ke may be based on the contents of Ning Kun Mi Ji,which is the most widely used in the Qing Dynasty.The prescriptions are refined,and their advantage are postpartum conditioning,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum sputum,postpartum blood clot,postpartum abdominal pain.Through the analysis of its similar prescriptions,it is found that the treatment of postpartum diseases should pay attention to the characteristics of weakness and congestion.It is mostly mild medicine.Timely recovery of liver,spleen,and heart function can help with postnatal recovery.
