used to analyze the correlation between social support, simple coping style and the posttraumatic growth of parents of children with malignant bone tumors, and multiple stepwise regression scores were used.Influencing factors of parental growth after trauma in children with osteolytic tumors.Results:1.A total of 129 questionnaires were sent out and 120 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a recovery rate of 93.02%.2.Parents with malignant bone tumors had a total PTG score of(62.19±7.58).The highest average score of each dimension was the appreciation of life(4.11±0.70),the second was the enhancement of manpower(2.96±0.39),the change of spirit(1.84±0.52),the new possibility(2.56±0.58),and the lowest average score was the relationship with others(1.91±0.65).3.The total score of SSRS in scores of each dimension, positive coping and the total score of post-traumatic growth and its dimensions in children with malignant bone tumors(P < 0.001),and a significant negative correlation between the total score of negative coping and the total score of post-traumatic growth and its dimensions(P < 0.001).5.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the correlative factors affecting PTGI total score of parents of children with malignant bone tumors were positive coping, economic status, course of disease, total score of social support and marital status. The coefficient of determination was 0.674,i.e.the combination of five variables could predict 67.4% variation of PTGI total score of parents of children with malignant bone tumors,F=39.143,P<0.001.This indicated that the regression equation model established had the following characteristics. In addition, marital status, educational level, economic income and working status entered the regression equation of parents’ appreciation of life, personal strength enhancement and relationship with others.Conclusions:1.The PTG of parents of children with malignant bone tumors is medium level. The average score of single item
