Psychological Investigation And Factor Analysis Of Malignant Tumor In Children And Their Parents

Objective:The psychological status of the parents of children with malignant tumor and their parents were evaluated by questionnaire,though this questionnaire,try to analyze the possible influencing factors,and their interaction.Methods:The Achenbach child behavior rating scale was used to evaluate the clinical evaluation of 75 hospitalized children with malignant tumor.The Zung self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)were investigated,at the same time,the factors such as nationality,length of hospital stay,parents and children's mental state were analyzed.Results: The detection rate of psychological and behavioral problems in children with malignant tumor was higher than that in China(p<0.05).Boys behavior problems are mainly manifested in discipline,poor communication,hyperactivity,The behavior problems of girls were mainly depression and physical complaints,and the depression was obvious.The incidence of depression and anxiety of parents of children with malignant tumor was higher than that of norm(p<0.05).Analysis of the reasons for the number of days of hospitalization and the psychological status of parents and other children's psychological and behavioral status.For parents,when the number of days of hospitalization increased,parents' anxiety and depression scores showed an upward trend.When the number of days of hospitalization was consistent,the scores of anxiety and depression were higher than that of Han nationality,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:The psychological problems of children with malignant tumor and their parents can not be ignored,in the treatment of physical diseases at the same time,pay attention to the psychological status of a family of children with cancer,for its possible reasons for timely psychological intervention,can give the family a more perfect future.
