An Observational Study On The Curative Effect Of Injectable Platelet-rich Fibrin Combined With Autologous Fat Transplantation For The Correction Of Sunken Upper Eyelid

Objective:To observe the clinical application effect of combined application of injectable platelet-rich fibrin(i-PRF)and autologous fat transplantation in correction of sunken upper eyelid.Exploring a new method for treating the sunken upper eyelid with a definite curative effect and good safety.Methods:A total of 40 patients with a diagnosis of sunken upper eyelid from June 2017 to November 2018 in our outpatient department of plastic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with simple autologous fat transplantation to correct the sunken upper eyelid.The experimental group was treated with i-PRF combined with autologous fat to correct the upper sag.Two groups of patients before and 6 months after treatment were evaluated using the Shangyu Sag grading standard.According to the correction of the upper sag correction in the two groups of patients after 6 months,the treatment efficiency was evaluated and the curative effect was evaluated.Let the patient make a subjective evaluation of the treatment effect and assess the patient's satisfaction.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment at 6 months after treatment(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the grade of Shangyu Sag after treatment in the 2 groups(p>0.05).The clinical treatment of the experimental group was 95% effective,and the effective rate of the clinical treatment was 70%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was 95%,and the satisfaction of the control group was 70%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:I-PRF combined with autologous fat transplantation and autologous fattransplantation can effectively treat sunken upper eyelid.The therapeutic effect of i-PRF combined with autologous fat transplantation to correct sunken upper eyelid is better than that of autologous fat transplantation.
