Use Adipose Tissue Of Under-eye Bags To Stuff The Depression Of Upper Eyelids

Background The upper eyelid depression is the depression that occurs in the inferior orbital margin of the upper eyelid,which looks tired,haggard and senile and affects the patient's appearance.The occurrence of upper eyelid depression is due to the decrease of tissue capacity in upper eyelid and abnormal tissue location,always accompanied by upper eyelid skin flabby and lower eyelid pouch.The treatment methods of upper eyelid depression include autologous fat transplantation,compound tissue transplantation,hyaluronic acid injection,local tissue flap transfer and so on.The acquisition of autologous adipose tissue is convenient,which will take no damage to the appearance of the supply area.Fat tissue is softe enough to make the skin of upper eyelid full smooth and natural,which is an ideal material for the fill of upper eyelid depression.Objective To analyze treatment methods and postoperative effects of 21 patients who went through operations that use adipose tissue of under-eye bags to stuff the depression of upper eyelids and summarize the clinical effects of the operation.Method Analyze treatment methods and postoperative effects of 21 patients who went through operations that use adipose tissue of under-eye bags to stuff the depression of upper eyelids in Plastic Surgery Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from October 2015 to March 2018.Evaluate the clinical effects of the operation that use adipose tissue of under-eye bags to stuff the depression of upper eyelids during eye pouch plastic operation and the upper eyelid skin flabby ascending operation.Result The 21 patients in this group were followed up for 4 to 12 months after surgery.The upper eyelids of 3 patients were not full enough and the upper eyelids of 2 patients were partially uneven,which Improved after secondary operation.The upper eyelids of the other 16 patients were naturally full,with no complications like infection,hematoma,fat liquefaction,blepharoptosis and so on.At the same time,the aging performances around the eye like upper eyelid skin flabby,lower eyelid pouch were significantly improved after surgery.Conclusion Pouch fat have good homology with orbital septum fat in upper eyelid region and can be obtained with small damage,which is an ideal material for the fill of upper eyelid depression.For patients with upper eyelid depression,upper eyelid skin flabby and lower eyelid pouch,eye pouch plastic operation,upper eyeJid skin flabby ascending operation and upper eyelid filling operation can be peformed at the same time.This Triad Operation is safe and effective,with few complications.The upper eyelids are naturally full,with no complications like infection,hematoma,fat liquefaction,blepharoptosis and so on after operation and 'the aging performances around the eye like upper eyelid skin flabby,lower eyelid pouch were significantly improved at the same time.
