Clinical Observation Of Modified Baihe Gujin In Improving The Condition Of Dyspnea In Lung Distension(Lung Kidney Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:From the Angle of the related zang-fu organs,randomized,parallel-group,itself before and after the contrast method,record test dyspnea score(mMRC)patients before and after(6WMT),6 minutes walk test distance and TCM syndrome integral,two groups of dyspnea score before and after the experiment,6 minutes walking distance test,statistical analysis of TCM syndrome integral Modified Baihe Gujin on lung distension(lungs kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)breathing difficulties to improve the clinical curative effect,at the same time,compared with the control treatment,so as to verify the Modified Baihe Gujin to lung distension(lungs kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)breathing difficulties and improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM,and further validation of its influence on sports ability.Methods: Screening between January 2018 and January 2019 day in changchun university of Chinese medicine clinic diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine is a lung distension(lungs kidney Yin deficiency syndrome),western medicine diagnosis accord with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary function classification for class II,72 cases of patients with breathing difficulties,using the random number table method,divided the patients into control group and treatment group(n = 36).The treatment group to add Modified Baihe Gujin,150 ml,2 times,oral;At the same time to consult bromide powder inhaler,18 ug,day 1,suction.The control group to consult bromide powder inhaler,18 ug,day 1.Treatment for 28 days.Records of patients before and after the test dyspnea score,TCM syndrome integral,6 minutes walking distance test data,by statistical analysis and calculation,comparing the treatment group and control group before and after treatment data,verify the Modified Baihe Gujin to improve lung distension(lungs kidney Yin deficiency syndrome),breathing difficulties and the influence of the influence of TCM syndrome integral,so as to verify its effect on improve exercise capacity.Results: By the statistical tests,compared two groups of baseline data(P > 0.05,no statistical differences in two groups of baseline data.Test before dyspnea score between thetwo way is P > 0.05,no statistical difference.After test dyspnea index score between the two groups P = 0.038,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The two groups 6 WMT through statistical tests,the test comparison between the two groups P > 0.05,no statistical difference.A comparison between the two groups after P = 0.043,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).6 WMT treatment group total effective rate is 88.89%,the control group 6 WMT,the total effective rate was 77.78% in treatment group effectiveness is higher than the control group effectiveness,two groups of efficient compared with statistical difference(P <0.05),with statistical significance.Test before two sets of single symptom integral no statistical difference(P > 0.05),the test comparison between the two groups after treatment group is better than that of control group,there are statistical differences(P <0.05).Compared to two group of syndromes curative effect,treatment group total effective rate was88.89%;The control group total effective rate 72.22%,by the rank and inspection,two group total effective rate of syndromes with statistical difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion: Modified Baihe Gujin to improve lung distension(lungs kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)patients with dyspnea symptoms effectively,and can better improve the patients’ clinical symptoms,can further improve the patients’ movement.
