| Objective:1 、 By studying the previous literature,this paper summarizes the understanding,diagnosis and treatment of the disease in Chinese and western medicine.2、Through observation and statistics of self-prepared shujin zhuanggu decoction in the clinical use of lumbar disc herniation(deficiency of liver and kidney),and the observation of the efficacy of the two were compared,so as to compare the difference between the two.To explore the action mechanism,safety and value of clinical application of shujin zhuanggu decoction,and to explore the effective evidence for the rational application of this recipe.It provides a reliable and effective method for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:1、The literatures related to this disease were all retrieved from Chinese and western medical literatures related to this disease in CNKI,and summarized to complete the literature research on this disease.2 、 According to the diagnosis and inclusion criteria in this article,collecting to changchun Chinese medicine university affiliated hospital and admitted to a total of 72 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse,collect the time range in January 2018 to December 2018 range,belong to the type of liver and kidney deficiency type,divided the patients into two groups at random,(treatment group)and(control group),36 cases in each group,In the treatment group,self-prepared decoction shujin zhuangu decoction(30g of euzhong,10 g of mulberry parasitic,10 g of cassia twig,15 g of Fried paeoniae alba,10 g of radix cyclamate,10 g of earthworm,10 g of alisma,10 g of aconite snake,10 g of aconite root,10 g of tangerine peel,5g of raw licorice)was applied.Control group oral lumbago tablet(hubei nuosheng pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,Chinese medicine approval(Z20083310).VAS visual score and JOA score of patients in the two groups were observed and recorded before and after taking the medicine for two weeks,as well as the improvement of quantitativescore of TCM symptoms,and the efficacy was judged according to the criteria of TCM symptoms diagnosis and efficacy.Statistics and analysis of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of various scores to make scientific and effective evaluation.Results: The gender,age,disease course,VAS score(before treatment),JOA score(before treatment)and quantitative score of TCM symptoms(before treatment)of the two groups were analyzed statistically before treatment,and the comparison between the two groups showed no statistical difference(p>0.05),which could be compared.After treatment,VAS score,JOA score and TCM symptom improvement were statistically analyzed again,and statistical differences were obtained between groups(p<0.05),suggesting that both treatments had clinical effects of improving symptoms and signs of the disease and relieving patients’ pain,but the overall effect was better in the treatment group.Conclusion: Since the bones and tendons soup(observation group),and low back pain(control group)to improve the waist pain of the disease,and restore the patients daily living ability live all have positive significance,but the bones and tendons soup than lumbago tablets clinical curative effect is more outstanding,the reason for that his own benefit kidney and activating blood menstruation in parallel,there are relatively not to evil and attack does not hurt is the characteristics of the line in the conservative treatment should be promoted. |
