| Objective: In this study,the deer bone powder with the function of "treating ulcers and closing the orifices" was applied to the wound surface after anal fistula surgery,to observe the therapeutic effect of the application of deer bone powder in promoting the wound healing after anal fistula surgery.The clinical comparison between the two methods was made to observe the wound healing after anorectal surgery.Methods: Selection since December 2016 to December 2018 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital anus bowel division,70 cases of patients,divided into Lugufen group and Yu hong group randomly,each group of 35 cases,divide postoperative day 3,7 day,10 day,14 day four time points,to observe the degree of postoperative wound pain comparing patients,how many wound secretion,indices such as wound healing rate.Patients in the Yuhong group were treated with conventional dressing change of Yuhong slivers,while patients in the Lugufen group were treated with external dressing change of deer bone powder.Results: Anal fistula after operation because of the particularity of the position of the wound,have the features of the wound healing slowly,this topic in the combination of many medical masters of medical theory,combined with the clinical observation and experimental results show that the two groups of postoperative efficient data analysis: two group total effective rate was 100%,after statistics analysis can measure the Z = 1.294,P =0.196,(P > 0.05),the experimental results show that the deer bone and jade article red cream yarn group in the treatment of anal fistula postoperative wound healing on the comprehensive curative effect of no significant difference and works on all patients within14 days.Deer bone powder used for wound dressing after anal fistula surgery has the effect of reducing pain,promoting the inflammatory exudation of the wound to achieve the effect of "simmering pus muscle",thus accelerating the healing of the wound,but it is not as good as jade red gauze in promoting the growth of granulation tissue.This clinical trial confirmed that deer bone powder is safe and effective in the treatment of wound healing after analfistula surgery,which is suitable for clinical application.Conclusion: deer bone powder is safe and effective in the treatment of wound healing after anal fistula surgery.Conclusion: Deer bone powder and jade gauze has the same effect on wound healing after anal fistula operation,which is suitable for clinical application. |
