Objective:Under the guidance of Professor Zhang Jin's theory of sensation and transmission, the clinical efficacy of urinary retention after stroke was observed by observing the sensation of qi to the disease, providing a more effective acupuncture method for clinical treatment of post-stroke urinary retention.Method:The patients in this study were from the acupuncture department of Heilongjiang Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019.60 patients with post-stroke urinary retention were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)(Feeling to the disease group + conventional acupuncture),30 cases in the control group(conventional acupuncture). The observation group took the Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Baliao(BL31-34)points,and used the acupuncture method to stimulate the sensation to make the gas to the disease, and combined with conventional acupuncture treatment. The control group was treated with acupuncture to treat acupuncture points for routine acupuncture treatment. Both the control group and the observation group were treated with symptomatic drug treatment for underlying diseases. One week is a course of treatment, six times a week, once a day for two consecutive sessions. After treatment, the patient's bladder residual urine volume, bladder function scores and clinical symptoms were evaluated for efficacy.Result:1.The bladder residual urine volume and bladder function scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the sensory gas transmission to the disease group and the conventional acupuncture group can be improved. The patient's bladder residual urine volume and bladder function score have good therapeutic effects.2.After treatment, the bladder residual urine volume and bladder function scores of the two groups after treatment were compared between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the patient was transferred to the patient's bladder residual urine. The improvement in the amount of bladder and bladder function was better than that in the conventional acupuncture group, and the treatment effect was more significant.3.The medical efficacy and total effective rate of the two groups were compared between the two groups after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of sensation of qi to the disease group was better than that of urinary retention after stroke. In the conventional acupuncture group, the clinical effect is more significant.Conclusion:1.Observation group(sense transfer to the disease group +conventional acupuncture)and control group(conventional acupuncture)can improve the patient's bladder residual urine volume and bladder function score, can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, stroke Post-urinary retention has a therapeutic effect.2.The use of sensation to the disease to treat urinary retention after stroke can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, significantly better than conventional acupuncture treatment.
