Design And Implementation Of Doctor Workstation Management System In Hospital HIS

With the continuous expansion of domestic medical institutions’ business scale,the importance of HIS hospital information system in business management is increasing rapidly.HIS system contains many subsystems,which could cover the daily business of medical institutions.The doctor workstation management system is an important part of HIS system,which provides the tool support for the business management of resident doctors.The technical scheme of HIS system in a hospital is outdated and difficult to adapt to the current needs of medical service information management,so the hospital re-developed its HIS system.This paper designs and implements the doctor workstation management system of the HIS system.The doctor workstation management system adopts.NET platform technology development,the network mode is C/S mode,and the main development technology includes C #technology,database technology,event/delegation technology,TCP/IP Socket technology.The functional modules of the system are divided into doctor’s advice management,case management,application form management and dictionary management,which can provide comprehensive business management support functions for the doctor workstation of the hospital.In the research work,the domestic and foreign medical institution business informatization research status,as well as the subject work background,content is analyzed firstly.Secondly,the business content,process,information status and problems of the doctor workstation,and proposes specific research and development objectives of the system are analyzed,as well as development technical requirements.According to the system development requirements,system functions are designed in detail,the system’s technical program is established.Finally,the.NET platform technology was used to develop the system functions,and the system functions were analyzed and demonstrated.At the same time,the system is tested and evaluated.As an important part of HIS system in a hospital,the doctor workstation management system has been deployed and applied in the hospital.In addition to the basic doctor workstation business management function,the technical highlight of the system is based on the dictionary data function,which provides automatic template or word replacement function for wills,cases and other medical terms that need to be frequently entered.From the practical application effect,the function and performance of the system meet the expected requirements.At the same time,it improves the management efficiency of doctor workstation.
