Design And Implementation Of Inpatient Doctor And Nurse Workstation In Shanxi Province Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to health,and have higher requirements for the quality of medical services,the quality of medical environment and the convenience of medical conditions.Hospitalized patients are often ill,suffering from physical and mental dual pressure,often a patient with several accompanying staff,resulting in crowded personnel and noisy environment.Both patients and medical staff are unwilling to face.If the medical service can not keep up with or the service appears human error,it is more likely to cause medical disputes between doctors and patients.With the opening of the new inpatient building,the number of inpatients in Shanxi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is growing rapidly.Doctors and nurses spend most of their time in the writing of various documents and medical records.The result is that the medical service efficiency is low,the effect is poor,and it is easy to make mistakes.In order to solve the above problems,Shanxi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine cooperated with Shanxi Wei Ning to develop the inpatient Clinical Information System(CIS).Based on the author’s practical work,this paper mainly introduces the doctor workstation and nurse workstation of the CIS.This system uses.Net environment as the development platform,the development tool is visual studio 2012,the programming language is C#.the system architecture is mainly based on C/S,supplemented by B/ S.Through repeated investigation and scene reproduction,the requirement analysis report is obtained,The requirement analysis report is used to divide the sub function modules and their logical relations.Next,determine the corresponding entities and their relationships,realize the entity relationship diagram,and finally design the database table and the relationship between tables.Through the use case diagram and flow chart,the sub function modules are designed in detail.Then the function is realized by program coding.inally,the test and online deployment are carried out.There are two characteristics of this pro Rect.ne is the structure of E R,which provides the basis and convenience for the analysis of E R data.The other is to realize the electronic signature of medical orders and medical records.The system has been running smoothly for some time.This pro Rect fully meets the needs of the resident clinicians and nurses.The work efficiency and quality of medical workers were improved.This pro Rect standardizes medical management and medical quality control.It promotes the level of hospital information to a new level.
