Development Of A New Generation Of Inpatient Nurses Workstation System Based On Android System

With the development and demand of hospital information system.Mobile nursing workstation has gradually become the main equipment for nurses.Because of rapid development of Internet,tablet PC and wireless network has already been the mainstream media of information exchange,and the technology is more and more mature.Taking patient as the center,constructing harmonious medical environment and improving the relationship between doctors and patients have become the main research direction of hospital management and it is a truly open and complete mobile platform.Android operating platform is operating system which based on Linux kernel,the platform has the operating system, middleware,user interface and application software four parts.The main task of the paper is to design a set of Intelligent nurse handset system which based on operating platform of Android, using tablet PC as the client and doing the data transmission with wireless network.According to lots of research work of hospital and nurses work processes that the author did in Hunan province Zhuzhou city hospital internship period,does some summary of demand that the nurses and patients need,also does the functional perfection based on the existing mobile nursing workstation.The wards have been connected together in the information flow from the angle of system framework. Such as:video rounds,sharing some limited information with patients etc.Designing a new generation of nurse workstation according to inpatient nurses can effectively help nursing to free from the tedious operation and improve the work efficiency of nursing and management level.It can use the most advanced wireless network technology and the latest Android operating platform for the management of patient related information.
