Clinical Study On Treatment Of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea With Combination Of Xiaozheng Zhitong Recipe Combined With External Treatment

Objective:To maximize the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine treatment,provide more treatment options for patients with endometriosis and reduce the economic burden of patients,the therapeutic mechanism of internal and external use of traditional Chinese medicine for dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis were initially explored by observing the clinical efficacy,safety,feasibility,recurrence of Xiaozheng Zhitong Recipe combined with hot iron external application synergistic therapy and CA125,IL-6 levels of damp-heat stagnant dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis and the impact on the positive rate of EMAb.Methods:According to the principle of randomized control,there are 55 patients who suffered from the endometriosis damp-heat syndrome of the endometriosis and accorded with the exclusion criteria of the gynaecological clinic and ward of Nanjing Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to December 2018 was collected.These 55 patients with dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups.There were 27 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaozheng Zhitong Recipe and hot ironing with traditional Chinese medicine redidues treatment for three menstrual cycles,and the control group received oral Sanjie Analgesic Capsule for three menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment,the safety and curative indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Statistical analysis of pain scores,TCM syndrome scores,serum CA125 and IL-6 levels and EMAb positive rates in the two groups.Results:1.Total effective rate of treatment:In the experimental group,3 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.3%;none was cured in the control group,5 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,4 were ineffective and the total effective rate was 85.7%.The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of dysmenorrhea pain:After treatment,the pain level of dysmenorrhea in both groups was significantly improved.The improvement of pain level and the efficiency of pain treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.And the statistical analysis comparison between the two groups was P<0.055 which was statistically significant.3.Comparison of TCM Syndromes Improvement:The TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,the effective rate of the experimental group was 88.9%,and the control group was 71.4%.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group.4.Analysis of related serological examination:The levels of CA125 and IL-6 were down-regulated in both groups,and there were significant differences before and after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).In terms of EMAb positive rate conversion,the difference between the two groups was not obvious before and after treatment.5.Both groups of patients had no adverse reactions during the treatment period,and both treatment methods were safe in clinical use.6.We suspend the treatment after 3 months and observe the recurrence rate,which inferred that the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the long-term efficacy was not clear.Conclusion:Xiaozheng Zhitong Oral combined with Hot Iron External Application for dysmenorrhea caused by dampness and heat stasis type endometriosis has obvious curative effect,high safety and low recurrence rate.
