Clinical Observation On Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Combined With External Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Capsules

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Tongjing prescription combined with external application of TCM package on dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score and VAS score of patients with primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis before and after treatment,in order to provide reference for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group: Dysmenorrhea prescription combined with Chinese medicine package external application;Control group: ibuprofen sustained-release capsules.Three menstrual cycles after treatment,the improvement of dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score and VAS score in each group before and after treatment were observed,and statistical analysis was conducted to compare the efficacy differences between the two treatment methods.Results1.General conditions: There were no statistically significant differences in age,menstrual period,course of disease,VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.Dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score: dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score after treatment were lower than before,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);After treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea symptom and VAS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The effective rate of dysmenorrhea was 79.32% in the treatment group and75.87% in the control group,with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3.TCM syndrome score and efficacy: TCM syndrome score of the two groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 89.66% in the treatment group and 65.52% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionTongjing prescription combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine package can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea,relieve dysmenorrhea and its accompanying symptoms,and there are no adverse reactions in the process of medication,which is worthy of clinical application.
