Clinical Observation Of Oral Administration Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Fumigation Therapy In Treatment Of Blood Stasis Syndrome After Surgery For Infertility Induced By Stage ?-? Endometriosis

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Huayu Xiaozheng combined with Neiyifang fumigation on the improved method on the clinical symptoms,signs,serum CA125 valueand fertility of patients with blood stasis type after stage I and II endometriosis infertility.Method:The 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into group A,Group B and group C by random sampling,with 30 patients in each group.Group A was fumigated with Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction and Internal medicine for 7 days afterthe operation of vaginal bleeding and menstruation for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Oral Chinese medicine in group B,such as group A;Group C was blank control.After operation,follicular monitoring was performed in three groups and coitus was directed.TCM syndromes,serum CA125 value,ovulation rate 6months after operation and pregnancy were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was conducted to compare the curative effects of TCM syndromes with different methods.Results:1.General information:There were no statistically significant differences among the three groups in age,infertility years,infertility type,preoperative AMH value,endotopic stage,serum CA125 value before treatment and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P>0.05).The three groups were comparable.2.Comparison of serum CA125 value:There was no statistically significant difference in serum CA125 value between the three groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the three Groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.Score of TCM syndromes:The TCM syndromes in the three groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndromes of group A were significantly improved compared with group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B and group C(P>0.05).4.Ovulation rate:The difference of ovulation rate 6 months after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of group A and group B was better than that of group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate between group A and group B was similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Pregnancy rate:The pregnancy rate of the three groups at 6 months after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of group A was better than that of group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rates of group A and group B,group B and group C were similar,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).6.Abortion rate:There was no significant difference in abortion rate between the three groups at 10 weeks gestation(P>0.05).7.Evaluation of the curative effect of TCM syndromes:There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).The efficiency of group A was similar to that of group B and groupB was similar to that of group C,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The effic-acy of group A was significantly higher than that of group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Relative to the use of blood disease of oral soup and ck,elimination blood disease elimination soup oral different parties within the joint fumigation treatment phase I and II postoperative patients with blood stasis type endometriosis associated with infertility can effectively improve the syndromes,increase ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and comprehensive curative effect,to reduce the value of serum CA125 and abortion rate has no obvious effect,no adverse reactions occurred during the solution treatment,is worth promoting.
