Clinical Study On Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation Of Kidney Qi-Insolid Type By Gujing Zhiyi Decoction

Objective:Through the clinical control experiment,we observed the clinical curative effect of Gujing Zhiyi decoction in the treatment of premature ejaculation of kidney-qi-insolid type,and discussed the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on improving the symptoms and psychological status of the patients.Methods:From April 2018 to January 2019,60 out-patients in male outpatient department of Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who met the criteria of premature ejaculation and the type of kidney qi failure syndrome,were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Gujing Zhiyi Decoction(provided by Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine),and the control group was treated with sertraline before bedtime.The treatment period was 1 month.The latent period of vaginal ejaculation,CIPE-5 score,traditional chinese medicine symptom score,SCL-90 score and safety index were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1).IELT was significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the IELT of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2).After treatment,the scores of Gujing Zhiyi Decoction symptoms of the two groups were lower than before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Gujing Zhiyi Decoction symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3).After treatment,the scores of SCL-90 and CIPE-5 in the two groups decreased as compared with those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SCL-90 score and CIPE-5 score between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Both Gujing Zhiyi Decoction and Sertraline could significantly enhance ejaculation latency and reduce CIPE-5 score,traditional chinese medicine symptom score and SCL-90 score.Sertraline had better performance in improving IELF,Gujing Zhiyi Decoction was better in improving the integral of clinical symptoms of traditional chinese medicine symptom score,and there was no significant difference in SCL-90 score and CIPE-5 score.
