The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Kidney Qi Type Premature Ejaculation

Objective: This study through randomized controlled clinical trials, evaluation of acupuncture for treatment of kidney qi is not solid primary curative effect of premature ejaculation, is expected to provide new therapeutic basis for the clinical treatment of primary premature ejaculation. Method:Study collected from Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine Second Affiliated Hospital; January 2015-December 2015 clinic in male second diagnosis of primary premature ejaculation patients with 60 cases, with the clinical symptoms of the patients as the basis of diagnosis and treatment, the cases of TCM syndrome differentiation typing. Conform to the requirements of the kidney is not solid primary premature ejaculation, as a randomized controlled study, these patients by random number table method divided into two groups, a group of given acupuncture treatment, another group given sertraline 50 mg daily, before going to bed half an hour a taking. After treatment, the latency of ejaculation, premature ejaculation diagnostic tools were measured before and after treatment in two groups (PE Diagnostic, Tool, PEDT) and TCM syndrome score in the evaluation of the two groups before and after treatment of data.Results:Through the observation of the found in ejaculation latency and to improve the patients spouses on sexual satisfaction, acupuncture and sertraline hydrochloride are meaningful.And needle are two aspects of premature ejaculation diagnostic scale score and TCM symptom scores showed significant effect, suggests that acupuncture at the same time of prolong ejaculation, also can improve the body other symptoms, but also illustrates the multiple target action of acupuncture. Conclusion:1. Acupuncture and sertraline can obviously prolong the vagina for patients with premature ejaculation ejaculation latency (IELT), improve the partner satisfaction, reduce premature ejaculation diagnostic tool (PEDT) integral, reduce the TCM symptom scores;2.In terms of extended IELT, sertraline is superior to the acupuncture;In terms of lower TCM symptom scores, acupuncture is better than that of sertraline;In reducing the premature ejaculation diagnostic tool (PEDT) integral and improve the spouse there was no significant difference between the two in terms of sexual satisfaction.3.The effect of acupuncture is direction and targets, at the same time of prolong ejaculation, also can improve the body other symptoms.
