Objective:Study the mental health status of nursing students in vocational and technical college,to further explore the effect factors of mental health of nursing students in higher vocational college,and to analye the relationship between interpersonal distress and mental health problems,seek mental health education model with the characteristics of higher vocational nursing students,provide the basis of mental health education for the nursing students.Methods:Cluster sampling was used,1300 nursing students of vocational and technical college were selected as subjects.The basic situation for every student was collected by questionnaire.SCL-90 symptom checklist and interpersonal relationship scale were used to investigate the mental health status.Excel 2003 and SPSS 17.0 were used for data entry and analysis.?2 test,t-test,variance analysis,Mann-Whitney u test and multivariate Logistic regression,correlation analysis were conducted for data analysis.Results:1.A vocational college nursing students SCL-90 somatic symptoms,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis factor scores were higher than the National Youth;The anxiety factor score higher than the norm of college students in Shan xi Province,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,paranoia factor scores than the norm of college students in Shan xi Province.A nursing specialty in higher vocational school the first grade girls in somatic symptoms,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility factor score higher than in Shan xi Province of large female.2.A vocational college nursing students SCL-90 positive detection rate factor study showed that the positive rate was 24.92%,positive standard is factor score?3,interpersonal sensitivity factor detection rate in the first place,and the interpersonal sensitivity factor and compulsion,depression and anxiety were significantly correlated with three factors.3.A vocational college nursing female students in different grades in somatic symptoms,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vocational college nursing students in single parent family students,forcing in the body,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia and psychosis factor score higher.The family background of rural girls depression,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,paranoia,psychosis,hostility factor score higher poor girls in depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoid factor score higher.The girls are not satisfied with the professional interpersonal relationship sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility factor score of the higher female students in somatic symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility factor score higher non one child interpersonal sensitivity,and psychotic factor score higher.Analysis results with ?2 test and multivariate regression.The reason that single parent family,low educational level,family economic poverty is a risk factor for a vocational college nursing students have mental health problems.4.Through the interpersonal relationship scale evaluation,There are 47.4% girls in nursing interpersonal problems,the different grade girl friends in general interpersonal distress and conversation distress,making friends distress,and specific communication problems,compared the difference by the way of getting along with people were statistically significant(P<0.05).The non-one-child students in the vocational college nursing conversation puzzle dimension score high,the girls who are not satisfied with the major have higher scores on the opposite sex,the family economy is not poor girls talk puzzle dimension score low,single parent family students,not satisfied with the female students and secondary school students have a high degree of interpersonal distress.The results were analyzed by ?2 test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.The results suggest that single parent family students and preschool education is a high risk factor for interpersonal distress of female students in nursing specialty in vocational education.Conclusion:The Shan xi vocational college nursing students problems more mental health problems and interpersonal problems,their mental health problems and interpersonal problems are from single parent family,one-child,origin of student,preschool education,family economic status,professional satisfaction ofthe6 factors,and the single parent family,preschool education and family economic status is a risk factor for mental health problems,single parent family,preschool education is the low level of risk factors of interpersonal problems.SCL-90 comprehensive diagnosis scale and interpersonal relationship scale results showed that the higher vocational nursing specialty in the first grade girls facing more mental health problems,by enhancing the ability of interpersonal communication can improve their mental health level.
