Purposes:To explore the clinical value of DH3 test for HR-HPV load and TCT test results in different grades of cervical lesions, and to study the correlation between them. Methods:From July 2018 to December 2018,370 patients with abnormal HR-HPV by DH3 and/or TCT results were selected from the gynecological clinic of the Second Hospital of Jilin University.According to the patient's voluntary principle,370 patients underwent further cervical biopsy under colposcopy.Kruskal-Wallis H and?2test in SPSS22.0 statistical software were used to analyze the load and infection of HR-HPV in different types of cervical lesions of different grades, statistical results: P< 0.05 had statistical significance,P < 0.001 had significant statistical significance;Bonferroin calibration was used to compare the two groups,P < 0.0083 among the four groups.Spearman grade correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between different types of HR-HPV load and cervical lesions.Result:1.The positive rates of HSIL and cervical cancer in HPV16/18,HPV16/18 and12 other HR-HPV mixed infections were higher, while the positive rates of chronic cervicitis and LSIL in 12 other HR-HPV infections were higher.HPV16/18 load was significantly higher in HSIL and cervical cancer than in LSIL and chronic cervicitis, but there was no significant difference in HPV16/18 load between HSIL and cervical cancer, and there was no significant difference in HPV16/18 load between LSIL and chronic cervicitis. The other 12 kinds of HR-HPV loads were higher in LSIL,but there was no significant difference in the other 12 kinds of HR-HPV loads between the other lesions.2.When the TCT was NILM,the positive rates of HPV16/18,12 other HR-HPV and their mixed infection with chronic cervicitis,LSIL,HSIL and cervical cancer were not different, and the load of HPV16/18 and other 12 kinds of HR-HPV were notrelated to different grades of cervical lesions.3.When TCT was greater than ASCUS,the positive rates of HSIL and cervical cancer in HPV16/18,HPV16/18 and 12 other HR-HPV mixed infections were higher, while the positive rates of chronic cervicitis and LSIL in 12 other HR-HPV infections were higher. When TCT was greater than ASCUS,HPV16/18 load in HSIL and cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in LSIL and chronic cervicitis, but there was no significant difference between HSIL and cervical cancer in HPV16/18 load, and there was no significant difference between LSIL and chronic cervicitis in HPV16/18 load. When TCT was greater than ASCUS,the other 12 kinds of HR-HPV load were higher in LSIL,and the other 12 kinds of HR-HPV load among other lesions were not significantly different.Conclusion:1.DH3 detection of HPV16/18 and 12 other HR-HPV loads can be used as an auxiliary monitoring indicator of cervical lesion risk.Among them, the higher the DH3 test HPV16/18 load, the greater the possibility of HSIL or even cervical cancer;the higher the DH3 test 12 other HR-HPV load, the greater the possibility of LSIL.2.When combined screening,HR-HPV infection alone, regardless of type, had no cytological changes. In the case of cervical lesions, the detection of DH3 load can not be used to determine whether there are lesions in the cervix.Only when TCT is greater than ASCUS,DH3 detection load is more meaningful as an auxiliary monitoring index of cervical lesion risk. That is,the higher DH3 detection HPV16/18 load, the greater the possibility of HSIL and even cervical cancer;the higher DH3 detection load of 12 other HR-HPV,the greater the possibility of LSIL.
