Analysis On The Access To The Basic Public Health Care Services And Influencing Factors Among Migrants Elderly In Chongqing

In the process of China's urbanization and economic development,many groups have made contributions,including the floating population.At the same time,the elderly floating population is becoming an increasingly large group of floating population.Under the background of the acceleration of population aging,the phenomenon of the floating population of the elderly will become more and more common for the reasons of working,supporting the aged,seeing a doctor or caring for the grandparents.However,due to the characteristics of floating population and aging,access to basic public health services is restricted.On the basis of social support theory,social equity theory and Anderson's behavior model of medical and health service utilization,this study mainly uses the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in Chongqing in 2017,uses descriptive analysis and interview methods to analyze the accessibility status of the basic public health services of the Floating Elderly in Chongqing,and uses the binary logic regression analysis method to analyze the accessibility of the basic public healthservices of the Floating Elderly in Chongqing from the perspective of geographical accessibility and economic benefits Four dimensions of economic acceptability,service availability and individual acceptability were used to explore the influencing factors of the accessibility of basic public health services for the Floating Elderly in Chongqing.The results show that the accessibility of basic public health services for the Floating Elderly in Chongqing is not very good.From the perspective of geographical accessibility,economic acceptability,service availability and personal acceptability,there are differences in individual factors between the main urban area and other districts and counties,but basically the accessibility of public health services is similar.The data and information of the basic public health services for the Floating Elderly in Chongqing are not updated in time and lack of interconnection between various departments.At the same time,the funds for basic public health services do not match the needs of the region,and the efficiency of the use of funds is not high enough.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the accessibility of basic public health services for the Floating Elderly in Chongqing: first of all,we should strengthen publicity,actively guide health education,and improve the participation of the Floating Elderly in health services.Secondly,establish a department linkage mechanism to strengthen the data statistics of the floating elderly.Relevant departments at all levels should strengthen cooperation,strengthen the statistics and investigation of the floating elderly,ensure the implementation of the health services for the floating elderly,and comprehensively and accurately grasp the data of the floating elderly.Finally,coordinate regional development,allocate resources reasonably,and improve the accessibility of basic public health services for the floating elderly.It is hoped that the above suggestions can further improve the accessibility of basic public health services for the Floating Elderly in Chongqing.
